Kutchenhaus Canterbury

We just had our amazing kitchen fitted, we were looked after from day 1 to completion. We highly recommend this business and their kitchens……….our house has been transformed and we can’t thank you enough!!

We were looking to finish our kitchen as the original supplier went into liquidation, with the kitchen only half finished. Coincidently we walked past Kutchenhaus one day and popped in, just for a look, and we are very happy that we did. Rod, Harry and Richard have been attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The product is excellent and the service provided by these three gentlemen has been exemplary. I definitely recommend them.

At the beginning of 2024, we stated looking at having a new kitchen and visited several showrooms. The Kutchenhaus showroom was calm and welcoming with a good range of units and features. Harry showed us round: he was informative, knowledgable and charming without being pushy. He was able to provide us with samples to take home which was very useful as the shades of grey we were considering looked different in our kitchen to the showroom. We took a long time to make our final choice but Harry was very patient and made it clear that the most important thing was for us to be happy with our kitchen and he had a relaxed, supportive approach to discussing and making changes. Rod's input in the design stage was also very useful. They always made us feel like we were valued customers rather than an annoying indecisive pair! Any queries and questions were dealt with promptly and we were kept well informed throughout the whole process. Richard, our fitter, was excellent. We are very happy with his workmanship and he was also able to make additional changes to the lighting and plumbing in our kitchen. Kutchenhaus was more expensive than many of the others we looked at but we decided that it was worth the extra to have the quality that we liked and would last. We particularly like the Bora hob which is a game changer in eliminating steam and cooking odours. We were also impressed that once the kitchen was complete, they were keen to make sure we were happy with everything. We were and we love our new kitchen. Overall we have been very happy with service provided by the Kutchenhaus team and would definitely recommend them.

Just had my kitchen replaced by Kutchenhaus, Canterbury and couldn’t be more happy with the results! The precision and craftsmanship are evident in every detail, from the striking cabinets to the state of the art appliances. Harry helped me pick out the cabinets, worktops and appliances to suit my budget and created the design. Phil was really helpful too in some of the final touches. I now have a kitchen that is both practical for cooking (and cleaning) as well as stunning to look at. One of the standout features for me is the attention to detail in the storage solutions. Every drawer and cupboard is designed to maximise space with innovative features like soft-close hinges and pull out and pull down shelves, really useful for a short person such as myself. The installation process was seamless thanks to Sam who paid close attention to my requirements and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, this kitchen has transformed my home becoming the core location of my daily life and has received so many compliments from friends and family. I thoroughly recommend Kutchenhaus, Harry, Phil and Sam. Thank you all!!

We were unsure whether our tiny kitchen could be refurbished, but were impressed from the moment we entered Canterbury’s impressive Kütchenhaus showroom and were shown around by Harry. After his visit to our old kitchen, followed up by Rod and Richard, the design Harry suggested was superb, as was the thorough and painstaking workmanship by Richard and all other contributors to the project, a reassuring team effort from start to finish. Light, storage and convenience were radically improved, quality did not flag. With my wife’s choice of splashback, our kitchen is a beautiful and serene place in which to work, converse and just “be”.
