Kutchenhaus Cardiff

The standard of the kitchens was very, very high. Marcus was incredible wonderful and professional. I felt under no pressure, but very supported. He was also very knowledgeable and was honest with costing and what could and couldn't be done. He allowed the kitchens to sell themselves.

We looked at many kitchens before finding Kutchenhaus in Cardiff. We stepped into their showroom conveniently located in st.davids shopping center and never looked back. From the start of the experience Shahab was superb, giving details about quality and practically, showing us the flexibility of design and choice. Design and fit was so easy, nothing was too much trouble for Shahab. Sarwar visited to check how things were going and gave a thorough inspection making sure everything was at the highest standards. Again nothing was too much trouble. The customer service has been second to none, the fitter luke the carpenter was fantastic. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a beautiful kitchen and superior customer service.

We Cannot Recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff Enough! We visited a lot of kitchen suppliers and from our first visit to Kutchenhaus, we felt that they were on a different level. From start to finish, everything about Kutchenhaus Cardiff was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ryan, the designer, was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand our needs, made some extremely useful recommendations, some of which were extremely important and that we had never considered and came up with an absolutely fabulous design. We had a few “trust Ryan” moments, where we followed his recommendations on some things we were unsure on or not what we were originally thinking of, but we are glad we did, the kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined! We also followed the advice on using their recommended installation team, Echo Hills, who were awesome. Their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail were second to none, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. Our whole experience was very positive and if you are considering a new kitchen, we would not hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff!

We stumbled across Kutchenhaus Cardiff after doing some online research on local kitchen independents. After dropping by the store unannounced to look over the displays it quickly became clear that the quality of the product is higher than the run of the mill Wrens and Magnets out there. This excited us and we decided to book a sit down appointment with Egle and Shahab. Fast forward 6 months and an extension later and we have the kitchen of our dreams!. We are besotted with our new kitchen, utility room and living room furniture so much so that we have recommended Kutchenhaus to family who are now going through the motions with the store for their new kitchen. The whole experience from design through to installation and then completion has been wonderful. Egle, Shahab and Sarwar have been a pleasure to deal with and are incredible at what they do. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks you Kutchenhaus Cardiff/Swansea

Very pleased with our kitchen, utility room, TV units and bedroom future from Kutchenhaus Cardiff. We couldn’t be happier with the design, quality and overall experience. The team there have been excellent with us from the word go, not to mention very patient and not pushy like some other outfits. Many thanks to Shahab, Egle and the company mascot Sarwar 👍
