The standard of the kitchens was very, very high. Marcus was incredible wonderful and professional. I felt under no pressure, but very supported. He was also very knowledgeable and was honest with costing and what could and couldn't be done. He allowed the kitchens to sell themselves.

We looked at many kitchens before finding Kutchenhaus in Cardiff. We stepped into their showroom conveniently located in st.davids shopping center and never looked back. From the start of the experience Shahab was superb, giving details about quality and practically, showing us the flexibility of design and choice. Design and fit was so easy, nothing was too much trouble for Shahab. Sarwar visited to check how things were going and gave a thorough inspection making sure everything was at the highest standards. Again nothing was too much trouble. The customer service has been second to none, the fitter luke the carpenter was fantastic. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a beautiful kitchen and superior customer service.

We Cannot Recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff Enough! We visited a lot of kitchen suppliers and from our first visit to Kutchenhaus, we felt that they were on a different level. From start to finish, everything about Kutchenhaus Cardiff was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ryan, the designer, was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand our needs, made some extremely useful recommendations, some of which were extremely important and that we had never considered and came up with an absolutely fabulous design. We had a few “trust Ryan” moments, where we followed his recommendations on some things we were unsure on or not what we were originally thinking of, but we are glad we did, the kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined! We also followed the advice on using their recommended installation team, Echo Hills, who were awesome. Their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail were second to none, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. Our whole experience was very positive and if you are considering a new kitchen, we would not hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff!

Having reached out to a few different companies, the Kutchenhaus design that Ryan drew up for us really stood out both in wow factor and in meeting the unique needs of our family. We were really hoping the Kutchenhaus proposal would be good after a kitchen fitter friend had highly recommended them for both the design expertise and the quality of the German engineering. Even so, we were blown away with the initial renders and even more so once we saw it in the flesh. A couple of weeks on from completion, we’re really loving the convenience of all the little features as well as the major upgrades over our previous kitchen. I really don’t know how we would cope if we had to go back to the old one!
