Kutchenhaus Cheltenham

Having moved house, we wanted the same kitchen we had before and knowing German kitchens are exceptional we went to Kutchenhaus in Cheltenham and they did not disappoint. Richard was fantastic throughout the process, he was very professional and supportive suggesting ideas and helping us with choices. The end result is phenomenal. We are over the moon with our new kitchen, it’s exactly what we wanted and expected. Both Richard and Ryan are a great team and I highly recommend Kutchenhaus Cheltenham. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kutchenhaus Kitchens in Cheltenham, and I am very happy with the entire experience. A huge thank you to Richard, the designer, who took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and the layout of my space, offering his experience and advice along the way. When Bosch failed to deliver the fridge freezer on time, Richard collected it himself and delivered it to my flat. Dean the fitter was a pleasure to work with, experienced, professional and committed. The quality of the units is excellent, and I am delighted with my new kitchen. Excellent kitchens, excellent service. Lovley kitchen showroom with fantastic designers on hand that really helped to guide us through and explore all our options and possibilities . The kitchens we found to be in a real league of their own compared to other places we visited , , we were a little apprehensive that getting a German kitchen may have been out of our price range but the designer worked to our budget to really pull it together. Complete makeover and refurbishment of the kitchen transforming the room to really modernise and improve my home. Im now left with a fantastic new kitchen that was money well spent

He has a calm, quiet manner with no pushy heavy sales tactics and at no time did we feel pressured or rushed. He has a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding in kitchen design which adds further reassurance to the process, in what can be a huge financial commitment. Richard was more than happy to visit us at home throughout the process to ensure that the design and more importantly that the measurements were all correct. This included visiting immediately after the kitchen was delivered to ensure that it was all in order and visits during the fitting process and on completion. Richard is always contactable and returns calls and emails promptly. We are extremely satisfied with the kitchen, it is even better than we thought it was going to be and have no regrets. We had intended to fit the utility room out with a lower budget kitchen, however we have decided to use Kutchenhaus again and have now ordered matching units.

This was the best kitchen showroom i visited in Cheltenham. Not knowing what i wanted the staff were fantastic and really worked to our needs. The kitchen designer really maximised the space i had making it as functional as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and felt in good hands throughout the process. I love my new kitchen.
