After a lot of research and several viewings we chose Kutchenhaus Chester as the quality and variety of product stood out and the staff and design team listened to what we wanted and produced a design that not only looks good, but really works on a practical level. It’s stunning and we love it

Just had my kitchen from Chester, shopped around and called there last . They’d popped up on Facebook ( as things do when you’re looking) and initially dismissed them as I assumed they’d be too expensive . They happened to be based in a building I used to work in so thought I’d just go for a nose and maybe get some ideas . The moment I set foot in the building , the kitchen I wanted was displayed right in front of me . Chatting to the weekend lady she booked me in for an appointment the very next week . Long story short, I now have the perfect kitchen, designed properly by a proper kitchen designer with several unique features none of the others offer , and it came in within my budget . Honestly if you’re looking at Wren and Wren prices , these can compete. You need to visit, the kitchens are SO much nicer. Much better quality & much more experienced, knowledgeable staff . 100% recommended . Turned up pretty much on time and nothing was missing! Many thanks to Matt and his team

Excellent quality kitchen for a reasonable price backed up by an experienced, helpful and professional design and project team. I brought a kitchen recently from Kutchenhaus Chester and felt that the quality and service were of such a high level that it would be rude not to leave a review. From initial enquiry through to delivery Matt, Helie and Dave have been excellent to work with achieving my dream kitchen in spite of the space being challengingly small. After viewing and pricing up multiple kitchens with the likes of Wren, Wickes, Magnet, Howdens and bespoke independents I decided upon Kutchenhaus as the quality was the highest and represented best value for my budget. Kutchenhaus were on the lower end of my quote range for the space but highest for quality. The design process with Matt & Helie was thorough & professional, their experience enabled them to maximise the space and work around some difficult challenges that others weren't able to navigate. Dave who leads the project team has been excellent coordinating delivery, organising site visits to check over the install and has promptly dealt with niggles quickly without fuss. I'm thrilled with my kitchen, it exceeds all my expectations and if I ever need another (not that I'll be getting one anytime soon) Kutchenhaus Chester and the team there would be my first port of call! Awful customer service. Once they have your money be prepared to be lied to, messed about and lucky to have a call, message or email returned. Months down the line we are still awaiting the final bits, rang, emailed and messaged 0 responses on-going for weeks. Kitchen quality is good but not worth the stress involved to get it. Avoid.

We ordered a kitchen from Kutchenhaus and while the quality of the actual product is good, the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating. Several items arrived either missing or incorrect, and we are now over 7 weeks into waiting for the replacements – with no clear end in sight. Communication has been appalling. Promised callbacks never happen, and emails are often ignored or responded to with long delays. It feels like once they’ve taken your money, the urgency and customer care vanish completely. To make matters worse, they changed the hob we originally ordered without even informing us – swapping it for a different model they decided was “better,” which we did not like or agree to. If you value reliable service, clear communication, and timely delivery, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The stress and lack of professionalism are simply not worth it. Edit - Week 8 and still trying to finish off my Kitchen. Had a phone call stating items were coming into the warehouse “this week” and still nothing.
