Kutchenhaus Guildford

Kutchenhaus Guildford has a great showroom for quality kitchen design and installations. We went to the show room and discussed what we wanted, then our kitchen was measured up and a model created in a kitchen design computer program. Great suggestions were made concerning taps, worktops, and cupboards. Trips to the Cosentino tile manufacturers, and to the Miele showroom where we looked at the features of the appliances available and made an informed decision on what model of appliance suited our requirements. Kutchenhaus drew up an initial design which we then modified to get to an ideal design for us, the ability to see the design on flat screen TV was a great aid for visualising colours, finishes for cupboard and worktop combinations. We used the design software to see the different combination of colours we favoured and enable our final colour scheme decision. Kutchenhaus ordered the cupboards, arranged for the painting and installation. Kutchenhaus also helped source a good tiler to instal the Dekton tiles. The cupboards were then precisely templated for the worktop, splashbacks returns and windowsill to be manufactured and cut to size. The Kutchenhaus team were available throughout the installation to help with questions regarding the tile installation and information regarding the end to end process. Kutchenhaus was by far the best design, co-ordination and customer service kitchen provider we have come across, we would thoroughly recommend them.

A very positive and enjoyable experience dealing with Kutchenhaus Guildford. We had invaluable assistance and advice from Anita on many aspects of the decision making process for our kitchen project, she has offered many resourceful ideas. The new cabinets, cupboards and all the kitchen appliances were all delivered on time and the quality of fitting and finishes is excellent. Our search for a kitchen didn't start as we'd expected - we visited many of the well known mainstream and bespoke places and got quite disheartened as despite being pre-build all seemed to start with a list of things we couldn't have or compromises we'd have to make; then we went to Kütchenhaus Guildford and met Anita and the team! Their meticulous design process it truly personal to you, every little detail of what you'd like or dislike is listened to with a mindset that if it's important to you, it's important to the kitchen. For the few things that aren't standard to Kütchenhaus, Anita is incredibly well connected and coordinated other suppliers perfectly. The attention to detail doesn't stop when you order, the support and advice during delivery (it will arrive exactly to the day you're told) installation, and afterwards is there until it's the perfect kitchen you wanted and beyond. Highly recommended and in our experience for the quality and perfection you get, very competitively priced.

I have just completed a design and order with Kutchenhaus Guilford. I am very impresed with the service i recieved and would definately recommend this kitchen shop to anyone. Anita who owns and runs this small franchise is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and commited to provide a first class service, to set her shop appart from the rest (which she clearly has with me here). She listened well to my brief, delivering an excelent design and communicated well throughout. She was not pushing any sale and was able to provide very competitive pricing for a high quality kitchen. This is a gem of a shop ( very different to the likes of magnet wren etc which i also visited) i am so glad i chose Kutchenhaus Guilford (not all kutchenhaus shops are the same! This is the best as you are dealing directly with the owner, who takes pride in their buisness and not just an employee).

I visited Kutchenhaus in Guildford earlier this week and was really impressed. The lady I spoke with (Anita I think?) is the manager and was really welcoming and friendly, but never pushy. She clearly knows her stuff and I could tell how proud she was of her shop. The kitchens on display are beautiful and so clever. I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for, but there were so many ideas I hadn't thought of.
