Excellent service from initial consultation, through design, installation & aftercare. Kutchenhaus Romsey were simply a delight to work with. From Erin the designer to Gavin the kitchen fitter nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The result has been amazing and this will continue to be a very much loved space in my home but now with a wow factor! Love every time I walk into it and wouldn’t change a thing! Kutchenhaus was recommended by a colleague after I mentioned we were struggling to find a kitchen style and design that we both liked. We popped into the Romsey branch to have a look and were looked after by Simon and Susan, we decided to book a design appointment although we initially thought a Kutchenhaus kitchen would be outside of our price range (Not the 1 st time we were wrong to assume in this kitchen buying process). Iain arrived at our house and asked what we wanted, we really wanted a change and offered Iain to design something that would fit our space that had been occupied with the existing kitchen for 20 years. We were blown away with the design that followed. It was very different to the current layout, modern, sleek yet uncompromising with available storage and workspace. We then visited the Romsey showroom another 2 times to iron out exact colours, appliances, and specifications. Iain was away for a period with a back injury but liaised via email and Erin, another designer, the whole design and ordering process was seamless and transparent. My second wrong assumption at the point of ordering was I’d be able to source all the appliances and Quooker tap cheaper online if I searched around myself. After a wasted hour the only item I found was the tower refrigerator £20 cheaper from a site I’d never heard of. Eventually it was almost install time when kitchen fitter James (JPC Installation) called to arrange a final inspection and measure up. (Kitchen fitter doesn’t really do justice to what James does, his work, work ethic and communication is excellent). We had lots of questions and in return James had lots of advice and gave us many different options, we felt at ease. A peninsula with wine fridge was a bespoke design, we both made sure exactly what went where. The fitting process was equally as high quality as the kitchen, 6’8" Connor and James were professional and more importantly punctual; arriving when expected plus leaving the place tidy when they left. I cannot emphasise enough how much I would recommend James; it feels like we left as friends by the end of the job. My wife and I didn’t compromise on what we wanted which led to extra work comprising of fuse boards, ring mains and water softener. James managed the whole project regarding timings and payment. James also had recommendations for flooring and decorating which we used and was very happy with. The kitchen quality is excellent and although it is probably the biggest outlay in home improvement, I feel that I have received excellent value for money. The whole team at Romsey were brilliant, Iain especially so with his design. James was the man that brought it to life whilst fixing issues that arose and making the fitting as smooth as possible. If you’re reading this and in two minds about ordering, just order…. you won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus Romsey, right through from the design to the installation. Iain was very patient with us when we changed our mind several times about various things and we never felt under any pressure to make quick decisions. There is an amazing choice of kitchens so something for everyone! The installation team were friendly and polite. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service and communication throughout the project and all staff involved - Iain, Jan, Erin and Ross have been quick to come back to us with any query we had. We are over the moon with our stylish kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Romsey to anyone in the market for a new kitchen. We hope to be able to work with them again in the future for additional work such as a fitted study and hallway storage.

My husband and I have been delighted with the service we received for Kutchenhaus Romsey from our very first visit to the showroom when we were warmly welcomed and encouraged to browse at our leisure. Our subsequent meetings with our designer, Iain Wraxall, who worked patiently with us to design our beautiful kitchen were relaxed, professional and productive. Iain always listened to our ideas and requirements and came up with some fantastic solutions to what is in fact a fairly small kitchen space. The showroom team were always extremely helpful and friendly. The kitchen fitting team were excellent and kept very much to schedule, respecting the fact that they were working in our home while getting on with the job in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the end result and also with the follow-up service from Iain and Ross. Our new kitchen is very attractive, of very high quality and extremely functional - we are 100% pleased with the result and have already recommended Kutchenhaus and in particular the Romsey team to friends. We are now working with Iain on other projects in our new home and looking forward to seeing more transformative results.

I originally spoke to Iain, Andy and Paul over at their Chichester showroom after being recommended to them by a friend. I live much closer to Romsey so it was great news when they mentioned they were opening a second showroom in Romsey town centre (pictured). The product, design and knowledge these guys offer is incredible - I haven't come across a kitchen supplier remotely close to them. I've seen my friends finished kitchen and cannot wait to see mine!
