We’ve just finalised our kitchen with Ahsan at Kutchenhaus in St Albans, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. His knowledge of the products, materials and options across the industry is outstanding — there wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer with clarity and confidence. Throughout the process, his patience was remarkable. We must have worked our way through almost the entire Kutchenhaus catalogue before making a decision, and not once did he rush us or make us feel like anything was too much trouble. If there were ever any doubts or details that needed confirming, he would always go away, check it thoroughly, and come back to us with a prompt and detailed response. That level of diligence gave us complete confidence at every step. Ahsan’s attention to detail is second to none. He invested so much time refining the design to ensure it suited our space perfectly and reflected exactly what we were envisioning. Thanks to him, we now feel assured that we’re getting the kitchen we’ve always hoped for — our absolute dream kitchen. Our thanks also to Zunair for his input along the way. Buying a kitchen is such a big decision and one which doesn't happen very often. Zunair, Jean, Greg and the Kutchenhaus team made the entire process from design-delivery-installation very ease. They were extremely patient and thoughtful, answered all of our questions and saw the project through right to the end. The quality of the products are all excellent and we are delighted with the finish result and the entire process.

We purchased our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus. It was such a big decision for us, we looked at other places but Kutchenhaus was far the best. We are so pleased - We love it, it is definitely a kitchen that we always dreamed of. We had a great experience working with Zunair with our new kitchen. From the start, he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to achieve. He listened to our ideas and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. What stood out most was his attention to detail and the care he put into designing a kitchen that fit both our style and our practical needs. The entire process felt smooth, and we felt supported every step of the way. The quality of the kitchen is absolutely outstanding. We went for the scratch resistant finish also a darkish colour as we have a dog. Everything feels solid and well-made. We also went for their appliances some integrated and some freestanding. Rob who fitted the kitchen for us, he did everything on his own, and it’s clear he’s an expert at what he does. He was super professional. The quality of his work is amazing, everything’s perfectly aligned and finished to a high standard. We would have no hesitations in recommending Kutchenhaus.
