His input made a real difference and it is largely thanks to him that we ended up with the right kitchen for our home. We had a part of the kitchen that required a custom design, and Asif took the time to work through the details and ensure it would function properly. He was patient, practical, and clearly committed to getting it right rather than rushing the process. His customer service was also excellent. He was always available when we had questions and kept us informed throughout. For what is a significant purchase for most families, that level of support makes a real difference. My family and I felt well supported from start to finish. Both Asif and Kalim clearly know this industry well. Their customer service and attention to detail are commendable.
