Personal Experience After Sale Service 1 ⭐️ Attitude -10 ⭐️ Rude - ♾️ ⭐️ only means to communicate after deposit paid was over one sided voicemail. Before Sales, Staff Was Polite & Compassionate after sales, delayed kitchen delivery, overpriced fitters was inexperienced & result: damaged Panels & improper fitting where sink stays, un-balanced work-top, holes on the panel. Imagine spending over 15k just make yourself more stressed. Not Satisfied. Message me and issue refund, disassemble your kitchen & clear the mess you’ve left behind.

Really amazing service I cannot fault them, a team who goes above and beyond for their customers, really responsive and helpful. I was super picky about tiles and was going back and forth for ages but the team were really patient ordered in extra samples for me when they weren’t on the shop floor and really went the extra mile. I told them my vision and they made recommendations based on this which was really appreciated and even showed me alternatives over WhatsApp when I wasn’t there. They Ensured I was happy with my final pick before placing the order, not to mention tiles were delivered only 2 days later (Amazing) I really couldn’t recommend them more! Definitely our go to!

Good collection of tiles though I would say very poor service. They didn't order the correct tiles for us even broke one of the designer tiles. Which I tried ringing them up for replacement couple of times and was ignored. Really made our journey with the tiles very difficult.

Great choice of tiles by far. Excellent prices. Asim was a true gentleman and went well beyond to assist us even though we was very picky. Will defo come again to do my en suite next month. Thank you again.
