David was incredibly helpful with designing our bathroom and trying to stick to our budget without compromising the design. We had a couple of small issues when it was been fitted as it was in an old property, David was super helpful in resolving these with our plumber. Couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

I’ve waited almost two years to write this review, hoping that David Manders at LBK would be able to resolve the issues we had with our bathroom, today (coincidentally the same day that my neighbours are ripping out their own disappointing LBK shower room) he made it clear that he wasn’t going to help. So, to prevent anyone else feeling disappointed with their own bathroom re-fit…here we go… A catalogue of errors - • design (failing to recognise that wall mounted bath taps would not work structurally in our home - these were central to the entire design), they did provide a solution of sorts and didn’t charge us any more for this “more expensive” option but it wasn’t what we wanted at all and there is no way we would have proceeded if this was the design they’d presented us with at the outset • substandard products which I feel we were mis-sold as being superior quality to their Burlington equivalent (which we have elsewhere in the house and which are far more solid and still going strong seven years on) • failure to communicate with the installer they recommended to ensure we were happy during the installation (in fact I felt like we were driving a solution to the problem they created and in retrospect we wish we had just asked the fitter to down-tools until the matter was resolved but when you’re in the midst of disruption with small children at home you just want things sorted - lesson learned) • patchy aftercare - initially some assistance in fixing incredibly wobbly taps and broken parts and an assurance that if we used LBK again they would “sort us out” on price… but as the issues continued, emails became less frequent, support stopped and there is no way we would ever use them again • eventually I decided to deal with the manufacturer directly and they have sent replacement bath taps, stands and shower taps but LBK have washed their hands of us. The manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover installation so this will cost us to correct something which I consider to be LBK’s responsibility. This was my first time using a supposed, “one-stop-shop” bathroom outfit. It’s put me off for life, for anyone considering this as a stress-free option, think again, you’re much better off cutting out this middleman, finding yourself a trusted installer, sourcing the products yourself in consultation with an actual plumber who knows what will work and what won’t and knows which products are quality pieces - I feel duped because I trusted their “expertise” - I think the phrase is, “I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole”.

Since being recommended by our builder and friends, we've had a very good experience with LKB over the last few months. From the start, Pete, David and Sian have given good advice as we specified our new bathroom. We live in the real world and there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way. But the team did exactly what a good brand does, took ownership and put things right, which only built our confidence in them. Good advice, good products, fair pricing and they went out of their way to look after us and make sure we were happy. You can't ask fairer than that. Recommended!

We have used Leckhampton Bathrooms three times over the years for bathroom projects, most recently to completely modernise our en suite. I can honestly say that we had superb service throughout, from patiently helping us with the design, to ordering and supplying all the materials, the efficient installation and the excellent after sales service. We will return.
