Leeds Kitchen Warehouse

Leeds Kitchen Warehouse is a family run business, I came across a listen from them on ebay and was chatting to Craig over WhatsApp. I travelled over 2 hours to pick up the kitchen doors I was after and Craig and his wife opened on a Saturday morning just for me to pick up the doors. Bless them.

Supplied the wrong items via their eBay shop (two cupboard pull out units) and refused to engage in any way to sort the problem out. Ignored my messages and didn't answer the phone either. So I have the wrong items and have lost £300.

I wouldn't use this company for any work I paid them the full money for my kitchen and i had big delays in getting my kitchen and they supplied wrong bits to me. I was missing parts and when I mentioned I would take matters further with trading standards if I didn't get my stuff I was told to get out of the shop or they would call police. this is how they treat customers and paid over 2k for my kitchen with this company they don't have no customer service skills all they know is how to take your money so keep well away
