Leekes Cheltenham

Purchased a garden furniture set today in Cheltenham Leekes and Fahimeh was very polite and friendly. Very patient with the payment equipment that played up alittle and the sale went very smoothly 10/10 service - Amy Wicks

Adrian was such a professional. He was so knowledgeable about beds and answered all our questions without influencing. We didn’t feel rushed even though we spend an hour trying to choose! Thanks also to the manager who also reduced the price on a sale product for us, although we didn’t buy that one. I’ve communicated with 4 staff there about beds and each one seems to know their subject. Great store with really polite and professional staff throughout.

First time buying from Leekes Cheltenham and based on the lovely experience will certainly be coming back. Wonderful old fashioned friendly, courteous, honest and informed service from Yasmin. Great to find a company where customer service is the priority.

I was in Leekes today and was served by Fahimeh who was very patient and polite and guided me through the sofas. She was very knowledgeable on the colours, materials, styles and what would look nice in my home. Thanks for helping me pick the right sofa for me.

We visited the Cheltenham Leeks store 04/01/2026 and were pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Adrian, he didn’t pressurise us but after we had told him what we were looking for He directed us to where the corner sofas were. Later on we had a few questions to ask, different sizes, colours available, lead time on delivery, which Adrian provided, plus other info. We needed a tape measure, which he produced immediately. We did visit all the other furniture shops in Cheltenham but none gave us that great customer service. We went back to purchase our corner sofa from Adrian and received a voucher for £308.85 off our next spend. Thank you Adrian for making it all so easy.
