We are so impressed and thoroughly thrilled with our new bathroom. It has well surpassed our expectations, and looks amazing!! We wanted a walk in shower, toilet, sink and all the extra bits, heated towel rail, new floor and such. From the moment we into walked Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms showroom in Totton it has been a positive experience. At no point was there any hard sell or pressure on us to give them the job. When Paul came out to take measurements and such, he listened to us and this was reflected in the quote and his ideas that he emailed us promptly Our project was given to John. He was punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Professional, friendly and so hardworking, and he came when he said he would. John is clearly committed to his work and customer care and satisfaction is top of his priorities. We have never seen anyone work so hard. John kept us up to speed on his progress and developments, and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Without question John is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Every little detail is important and clearly John is extremely skilled in the work he does. John always tidied things away before he left each day. When the bathroom was almost finished, Paul came back to add the finishing touches. We wanted a glass splashback above the sink and window seal which needed to be measured and ordered when everything else was in place. When the item arrived at Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms Totton, Paul called and made arrangements for the following day. He arrived punctually, and fitted the glass. The final piece of the jigsaw. We are so pleased with the final result. It's beyond our wildest dreams, and begs the question, why didn't we do it before? We cannot praise John and Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms Totton enough. Many thanks to you all. Very highly recommended.
