Stephen visited daily during the installation period to ensure everything met a high standard and to address any issues promptly. As the fitting date approached, a week‑by‑week plan for the project was provided. This made the whole process straightforward and minimised disruption. Stephen and his team were professional throughout. They took real pride in their work, arrived on time each day, and kept the area tidy. There was one small issue where the gaps between the tiles and units had not been sealed, but once raised, it was resolved quickly without any fuss. Perfect experience having a new kitchen and boiler fitted. Stephen handled everything as I had requested but still checked in regularly by phone to discuss options and give updates. Where I was u sure was option to take, Stephen gave advice and suggestions which I really appreciated. A completely stress free process as Stephen organised the various jobs and tradesmen that were needed to complete the job. Lifestyle KBB are a fantastic company! We had a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, tiling & flooring in the kitchen & passage, also three beautiful fitted wardrobes to the bedrooms. Everything was completed on time & within budget, we are absolutely delighted with the work. The team of gents who carried out the work were excellent, real craftsmen of their trades, Stephen knows the best people for the job! Stephen Hennessy project managed the job very professionally nothing was too much trouble he guided us through the whole process advising & making recommendations that were invaluable. He visited site every day to make sure all was well & even recommended a company to fit internal doors & a decorator, he really cares about your home as if it was his own. We would highly recommend Lifestyle KBB Ltd & would defiantly use them again.

Really good experiences with Lifestyle KBB. Started with kitchen and utility and so pleased went back for bedroom units, sliding wardrobes in en-suite and TV unit in the family unit. Really appreciated the time Stephen spent with us discussing options, making suggestions and sharing his knowledge and experience. Great customer service and are happy to recommend him.
