Linear Kitchen Designs Ltd - Nolte & Kesseler Kitchens

Alas, not a review for a shiny new kitchen from Linear, but a review of fantastic customer service! I needed new handles & knobs for a kitchen revamp. We did the rounds of the usual chain suppliers, but had been recommended Linear. Helen was incredibly helpful & treated us as though we were spending thousands of pounds rather than a couple of hundred. She took time to go through what we were looking for and made sure we were really happy with the choice’s we made. The quality of the door furniture is superb & outstrips any others we looked at. Ordering was easy & delivered within a few days! Helen & Alex at Linear offered great service & expertise for my relatively small kitchen. The Nolte units they offer feel great quality and their design skills have made sure I’ve ended up with a beautiful and functional kitchen. (Tiling not finished around the window is my fault not theirs as I didn’t book a window fitter in time!)

Helen and the team were helpful and wanted the best for us from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated all the aftercare once the kitchen was received. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the solidity of the units is a comfort as we begin our new kitchen journey.

Alex and his team transformed my mum’s kitchen, meeting all our long list of requirements and overcoming a lot of design challenges along the way. The quality of design services, the Nolte kitchen supplied and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. From plastering and painting (Matt), bespoke joinery (Jan) to the kitchen installation itself (Jan and Alex) - I was impressed with the attention to detail and the care taken, and their calm and positive approach in resolving problems along the way. The project management was also excellent throughout- thanks to Helen for being responsive to my many questions.

We had our kitchen redesigned, supplied and installed by Linear. Every step of the process was efficient, professional and the quality of the whole kitchen was excellent. Helen is extremely helpful and was happy to make any slight amendments we wanted to make along the way. They even helped us find an electrician and tiler. We love the new space they have created for us and would highly recommend their service and products.
