From start to finish our experience with Jim and the team was fantastic! We went in with an kind of out there suggestion which we had been told no to before but not Jim. He had a can do attitude, showed us his ideas and together we came up with a design. It has completely blown our expectations and we absolutely love it. Thanks Lomond and team

Wow. What can we say about Lomond. Fantastic from start to finish. Initial consultation started with a brief discussion followed up with a house visit and measuring. Second visit we went in and saw their prospective design on the computer, once that was agreed they patiently went round the showroom and picked out finishes with us. Fit out date agreed, was just a few weeks later, the plumbers Bernie and Craig arrived on time and were really pleasant, tidy and thorough throughout the whole week. Tilers arrived as agreed and the 3 chaps worked the whole day to fulfil that side and did a terrific job in a day with Bernie and Craig returning the following day to complete the job. The small details were included like a carpet bar, toothbrush chargers and collection of all waste on completion. The whole job was done in 6 days We never felt pressured or stressed and couldn’t disagree more with the previous negative review We also felt like it reflected good value for money with quality products. Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen & bathroom! A total transformation as shown in the pictures. From a red dated kitchen to a modern dreamy kitchen. The team was brilliant from start to finish. Our new bathroom storage unit, sink and tap was exactly what we were looking for to provide more storage in our bathroom. Couldn’t recommend enough 🌟

Lomond designed & completely transformed both of our bathrooms & our kitchen in our home. The attention to detail & vision they had was unmatched. The finished looks were stunning and every single person that comes into our home are blown away by the “wow” that Lomond created. I can’t recommend Lomond enough, mainly because of their professionalism but also the products they have on offer are ahead of so many others in the industry. I couldn’t be happier with all of the work they carried out in my home, I got my dream modern kitchen, & my 2 dream bathrooms one with a luxurious walk in shower and my other bathroom with my dreamy stand alone bath 😍

Lomond recently designed, supplied and fitted our new bathroom and we couldn't be happier with it. Vera was super helpful on our first visit when we had no idea what we wanted, and Paul was so patient and responsive on emails as we fine tuned our choices about a million times! The work itself is immaculate and the fitters were really friendly and professional. We're delighted and will be back at Lomond in a few years for a new kitchen !
