I went to several kitchen chain shops and was disillusioned about quality, service and price. Then I found LKC. What an experience and what service! The planning went so well, with professional advice throughout. The quality of the products was first class. I had new quality appliances installed as well. The kitchen installers were obviously extremely skilled and did such a professional job. Nothing was too much trouble and that made all the difference. I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome to say the least. Throughout the project Dale and Agata were there for me and dealt with every query so professionally. I now have a perfect kitchen. If you're after attention to detail, these are absolutely the people to trust. One example, we chose aged brass hardware throughout the kitchen, but our sink came with a standard stainless steel waste plug. Without us even asking, Dale had already arranged for a brass strainer to match the rest of the fittings. The customer service, advice, and support we received throughout the process and after were second to none. It made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy. And the kitchen itself? Simply stunning. The design matched our vision perfectly (maybe even exceeded it), the quality is exceptional, and the aftercare has been outstanding. What made it even better is that the price was incredibly competitive. We were quoted nearly double by some of the bigger, well-known brands, yet LKC delivered a better-quality kitchen with a more personalised design. Fantastic service from Agata and Dale. From the initial visit to get an idea of what I wanted to the design, planning and fitting, a first class service. I have a finished product that I couldn’t be more delighted with. Full support from start to finish, always available for questions and regular site visits while the fitting took place. As someone with not much flair for design, it was invaluable to have Agata by my side through the design from door handles to work tops. Dale with his extensive experience in fitting, quality of kitchens and design was also a huge support and so what you have is that totally bespoke and personal service.
