Having now been through a full kitchen renovation, we can honestly say Luke and Luxe Kitchens made a real difference to the experience. From the very beginning, Luke approached our kitchen project with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. Our project involved a gorgeous Gaddesby in-frame kitchen, and like most renovations, the wider project wasn’t without its challenges. There were moments where other trades let us down, situations that were entirely outside Luke’s control but what stood out was how consistently he supported us through those periods. He remained calm, professional and solutions-focused, helping us navigate problems with reassurance and practical thinking. Luke didn’t step back when things became difficult. He stayed engaged, communicated clearly, and did everything reasonably within his control to keep momentum and reduce stress for us as clients. Without that steady presence, there were points in the project where we would honestly have felt quite overwhelmed. The design process itself was thoughtful and collaborative. Luke took time to understand how we wanted the space to function day to day, not just how it would look. The result is a kitchen that feels timeless, beautifully made and completely right for us and our home. What has impressed us just as much is the aftercare. Even after installation, Luke has remained responsive and invested in making sure everything works exactly as it should and that we are actually happy. This speaks volumes about his standards and integrity. Over the course of the project we came to know Luke well and can say that qualities he has are carry through, integrity, craftsmanship, honesty and genuine pride in his work. We absolutely love our kitchen and would recommend Luxe Kitchens and Luke without hesitation.

Fantastic designer and an excellent kitchen!! We recently had a pleasure to work with Luke from Luxe Kitchen Designs as part of our kitchen redesign and renovation. I used LUXE Kitchens recently for a project on very short timescales, and they were brilliant from start to finish. I shared a moodboard and a rough layout, and Luke hit the nail on the head with the design. Communication was clear and proactive throughout. They managed to turn everything around quickly to meet the deadline. There were a couple of glitches outside their control, but they flagged issues early, offered sensible solutions, and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. The quality of the cabinetry and installation is excellent, and pricing was transparent with no surprises. Overall, a smooth experience under pressure and an impressive end result.
