We had a new kitchen fitted recently by MP and were absolutely delighted with everything. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and we couldn't have wished for better. I’d decided that I needed to revamp my tired shower room that was ‘stuck in the 60’s’ and somehow incorporate a bath as well. I am a chronic pain sufferer so I was in desperate need of having a bath installed to ease my pain levels. I knew it was important to obtain 3 quotes and being a single lady I wanted to be taken seriously during this process. Eventually, the quotations I received were quite similar. However, Luke was so helpful in suggesting a design whereby a hall cupboard would be removed thereby making the bathroom much larger! I accepted the quote in October 2025 and to my delight I was able to arrange for the work to start in mid January. I was told the work would take about 5-6 days but if it was any longer I would be kept informed of any delay. Brad and his team worked at amazing speed and cleared the room of all tiles, paraphernalia and plumbing within the first day. My bathroom was finished within 5 days and it’s difficult to find the right superlatives to explain how thrilled I am with the finished product. My property was left clean and tidy and it is absolutely stunning - more beautiful than I had imagined!

Really great service from start to finish. The work was done to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the each day the bathroom was done!

Spent a lot of money on a bathroom refurb, this company didn't quality check the items, so three of the items - shower tray, radiator and extractor fan were all faulty. This led to a massive delay with a household being without a shower. Often, they would send someone to just sit in the room doing nothing, I heard him on the phone telling his bosses he had nothing to do. They left the job as "done" in a terrible state, it was not worth the 10k. A year on, I still have horrible memories when I use the bathroom. There was disconnect between sales and fitting, when the radiator was installed it leaked, the fitter said it was a known issue with that model, I was steered towards buying that model of radiator. The specification wasn't fulfilled and had to call the team back. A very sad experience and not one I would recommend unfortunately. Pictures are of "job done" when mp tiles finished.
