Extremely happy with my newly fitted bathroom. Always professional and helpful at every stage from planning and choice through to installation. Would recommend without hesitation.

I needed a local firm to remove the bath and replace it with a walk-in shower. This was the plan as the toilet and sink were ok. Mark came round and measured up and we did discuss ripping everything out but I decided not to. Fatal. Anyway costings were approved and work got underway. Stuart the tradesman got stuck in and had to make changes to fit everything in. He was cheerful and readily answered my questions and gave good advice one things had change. Suffice to say, the decision not to remove the toilet came back to bite me. the fixings were rusted solid and we had to remove and replace them. Throughout this project, Mark and Stuart were cheerful, dealt with problems quickly and I was fully involved and kept informed. The costinge were reasonable and came in on time, even with the extra work needed. Although the extra work was not planned, it was fitted in around other work the firm had going. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

The installed shower started leaking 2 years after installation, damaging the wall and ceiling. Due to the workmanship the shower plumbing is inaccessible so we need a new shower fitted. As we bought the house off someone else they would not honour any guarantee. Poor, would not recommend.

Mark and his crew have installed new kitchen, ensuite and cloakroom for us over the last 2 years and we would never use anyone else. Although our kitchen had a manufacturing fault which wasn't down to them they have rectified the problems without any argument and always with a smile. A genuine family business with exceptional family values.
