Alex managed our new kitchen project brilliantly. We had a complete overhaul of our small kitchen - completely gutting the old kitchen, plastering, electrics, new cabinets, appliances. Quite a complex project. Alex provided a friendly, helpful service, going the extra mile when required to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. Our ensuite bathroom was badly in need of refurbishment and, after a lot of thought, we went to Malvern Bespoke Kitchens Ltd. We didn't regret it! Unlike any other businesses who quoted, MBK were willing to go 'the extra mile', listening to our concerns and responding with unique solutions. During the installation, there were a couple of unforeseen problems which were dealt with in a flexible and good-humoured manner. Alex oversaw the work, checking in each day and making sure that everything was on course. All the team were professional in their approach, and were very pleasant to have in the house. The quality of workmanship is very high, and we couldn't be happier with the result. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Alex was great during the design stage and brought me lots of samples to look at. She then came up with a design, which we tweaked together. She has a great team of trades people who work for her, so each stage went reasonably smoothly . They were all lovely people and worked hard. We needed more rewiring and extra plumbing and this was sorted out. My new knocked through lounge/ kitchen looks amazing . Thank you .

Quite an extensive kitchen project was expertly handled by Alex and the team. Everyone was very friendly, professional and able to deal pragmatically with the inevitable problems an older property brings. We are really pleased with our new kitchen -the space has been transformed.

We used Malvern Bespoke kitchens to remodel our en-suite and main bathroom. Alex was involved from the beginning to the very end. This was a major project for us, but we're glad we used the right company. She helped us design the bathrooms and order all the correct parts. Once the team started the build, she was involved on a daily basis ensuring the project was being completed according to plan. We did hit a couple of unforseen issues and Alex professionally tackled these problems for us. Multiple trades people were involved with the project and Alex took away the stress in coordinating all parties. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
