Morgan was very helpful, explained the process in detail and gave us a broad selection of options to chose from. It came to an afforable price for us compared to the numerous other places i asked. The installation team was friendly, organised and installation was done in a day and half. Overall happy with the process and finish would highly recommend.

Fabulous set of internal doors fitted today! Two competent guys installed them, cleared up and were so polite! The doors look absolutely perfect and stylishly fit the bill to section off part of a room to make the area feel cozy. Thank you very much- highly recommend.

The wardrobes are excellent quality ⭐ for the price, and the installation team were great ⭐ (careful, professional, and friendly). We also really appreciated the true level of customisation ⭐, which set Martin West apart from competitors. 0.5 star off because the colour wasn’t as advertised ("champagne" looks silver). Another star off because the complaint handling could have been a whole lot better (more ownership of the issue and offering solutions, rather than explaining why we're wrong). That said, Rockie stepped in and we reached a mutually agreeable solution ⯪. Overall, good value, solid workmanship, and we would use Martin West again - but next time, we’ll make sure to insist on samples for everything before approving.

Absolutely outstanding, from initial engagement to delivery and installation. If you are picking new bedroom furniture you cannot beat this company. We had a few quotes from the leading companies. Martin West are more cost effective, better quality and outstanding ding fit. I’m always dubious having received promises of excellence in the past and wardrobes peeling by or cracking. But this team fitted four bedrooms in good time and great quality. As I say outstanding. Included pics of just one of the 4 rooms they did as the kids never clean their bedrooms lol

Had Martin West Creations to come and quote on some built in wardrobes and under stair desk and drawers. Communications were good, Morgan came to measure up and give advise on how best to adapt our awkward space, he listened to our requirements and provided good ideas - throughout he was polite, amenable and respectful. He provided detailed plans and confirmed amendments where needed. The costing was very competitive. The fitters arrived on the day of installation - and although they did not get finished in one day and had to return - they were polite, respectful and tidy workers. They returned the next working day as promised to complete our installation and tidied up before they left. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend using Martin West Creations for your home upgrades.
