Harpal and the team were great. Easy design process, nice showroom, good installation! Some small issues with one of the doors but was fixed quickly and with no hassle. Will use again

We’re very happy with our wardrobes that were installed recently. Morgan was really helpful throughout the process, and the installation team was professional and efficient. They completed the installation in a single day and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The wardrobes were custom-made to fit our high ceilings perfectly, and the quality is excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider using them again in the future.

We had a couple of wardrobes fitted and the quality seems good and happy with how it's been fitted. I did find the customer service and personal interaction a lot to be desired. I ordered the wardrobes and paid the deposit. Received an email saying I would need to pay 25% 14 days before production and then the final 25% upon completion. I received no T&C's and no dates in writing. The first production invoice was sent early based on the dates after I clarified (albeit only a couple of days) then got chased multiple times with quite an aggressive tone. Obviously no written confirmation of the dates these invoices were due, it happened to be that we were away on a family holiday and I text to say I would pay it upon my return which would have resulted the invoice being paid 1 day late than the scheduled date. This wasn't good enough and got a very aggressive message response. It then came to our wardrobe fitting and the fitters seemed absolutely fine. But again, I was sent the invoice before they had finished. They started on the Thursday, invoice sent on Thursday but they weren't coming back until Monday to finish. I was sent another reminder on Friday to pay the invoice, before they had finished. During the design process there was also a time when we agreed to meet but this was forgotten so I had to rush around to then meet at a convenient time for them. On the second day of fitting we weren't given a time, just got 20 minutes notice that they would be there at 5pm. There is very limited colour choices which is a shame. You can really tell the sort of service they offer from the very sarcastic and rude response to another review, it just stinks of unprofessionalism which is a shame, as their wardrobes are good. We want to install a further two wardrobes and a TV feature unit but considering going elsewhere where we would feel more valued as customers.

Morgan was very helpful, explained the process in detail and gave us a broad selection of options to chose from. It came to an afforable price for us compared to the numerous other places i asked. The installation team was friendly, organised and installation was done in a day and half. Overall happy with the process and finish would highly recommend.

Fabulous set of internal doors fitted today! Two competent guys installed them, cleared up and were so polite! The doors look absolutely perfect and stylishly fit the bill to section off part of a room to make the area feel cozy. Thank you very much- highly recommend.
