Our request was not straight forward as it involved retro fitting and changing the design of a kitchen that they had supplied and installed a few years earlier for a previous owner. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, everything carried out is 1st class and we thoroughly recommend that you allow Mathew James Kitchens to tender for the install of your next dream kitchen.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted last summer by Matthew James Kitchens. Matthew did a great job with the design and spent a lot of time looking at different layouts to come up with the best option. The fitting team was great and sub contractors like plasterer, electrician and floor fitters all did a good job. Our kitchen has been transformed and we are really pleased with the outcome.

I came to them with some inspo pictures after not being able to find another company that could do what I wanted, in the colour I wanted etc. They brought my vision to life, and walked through any issues/fixes we needed to make with me so I was fully part of the process. They did an amazing job working around the quirks of my kitchen and I’m so happy with the results! They also had a great fitter who completed the work. Absolutely love my kitchen, I wish they did bathrooms too!! Highly recommend for anyone who is after something bespoke.

Matt and his team did an incredible job transforming our kitchen! The whole process was easy, his team are reliable & always worked quickly and to a high standard. Matt had such a good vision for our space & showed us options we hadn’t even considered. He adapted his designs to add features we wanted & posed questions we hadn’t thought of to get the kitchen to function in a way that would work for us. The kitchen is gorgeous & works so well for our family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic customer experience. Right from the start Matt and Joanne made us feel comfortable about selecting a new kitchen. They showed patience, shared ideas and experiences and helped us thru the process. Even during fitting as we learned more we were able to make improvements that enhanced appearance and usability. Highly skilled fitting team under Eiv that went the extra mile with ideas and attention to detail. Matt even arranged for us to visit the granite suppliers locally and also to see the surfaces being cut, another group of guys with incredible skills and experience. Electrical and flooring team were first class too (we have had them for additional work since). Good communication throughout including post fitting follow up. Highly recommend this excellent local business, you can rest assured of high quality products and service.
