Matthew James Kitchens Showroom Bromsgrove

Working with Matthew James Kitchens was a very positive experience. Their ideas were good but they also listened to me and incorporated what I needed They had a good range of products and were also willing and able to look for and source things I particularly wanted. The fitting was excellent; the fitter was easy to work with and able to adapt to any snags which came up on site. I am very pleased with the final result. My final kitchen was the result of a second design done some time after the first when I had had to rethink my plans. I was very impressed with the way they handled this. There was no attempt to pressure me in any way the first time round and they were polite and friendly throughout. A good job done.

We approached our kitchen project with a few initial ideas, but very little understanding of the full range of options available to us. From the outset, meeting Matt at his showroom proved invaluable. He took the time to really listen, carefully drawing out not just what we thought we wanted, but what we actually needed from the space in terms of function, flow, and day-to-day family life. Rather than overwhelming us with choices, Matt guided us thoughtfully through the possibilities, helping us make informed decisions that genuinely suited our home and how we live in it. What stood out most was his willingness to go the extra mile, visiting our house on multiple occasions, walking through the project in detail, and ensuring that every element we selected would work cohesively in the real environment, not just on paper. The team he coordinated throughout the project were equally impressive: professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. Inevitably, as with any renovation, a few minor snags arose along the way. However, these were addressed quickly and without fuss, reflecting a shared commitment across the team to achieving the best possible finish rather than simply completing the job. What we’re left with is far more than just a new kitchen. It’s a space that has genuinely enhanced our family routine, improving how we cook, eat, and spend time together. We’re delighted to have found Matt and his team, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-executed kitchen transformation.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and couldn’t recommend Matt and the team highly enough. From the very start, the design process was excellent. Matt really listened to our needs and took the time to explore a range of ideas and layouts with us until we found what we wanted. Visiting the showroom was incredibly helpful, giving us a clear sense of the different styles, finishes, and possibilities available, which made it much easier to visualise everything in our own home. The project management was great. Matt organised everything seamlessly and ensured the whole process ran smoothly, dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. The installers were equally impressive, carrying out the work to a high standard with great attention to detail throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are thrilled with the result!

Really nice people to do business with. Our request was not straight forward as it involved retro fitting and changing the design of a kitchen that they had supplied and installed a few years earlier for a previous owner. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, everything carried out is 1st class and we thoroughly recommend that you allow Mathew James Kitchens to tender for the install of your next dream kitchen.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted last summer by Matthew James Kitchens. Matthew did a great job with the design and spent a lot of time looking at different layouts to come up with the best option. The fitting team was great and sub contractors like plasterer, electrician and floor fitters all did a good job. Our kitchen has been transformed and we are really pleased with the outcome.
