I have nothing but positive things to say about NBK! Our designer was Tony, and from the very beginning he was friendly, professional, and just genuinely lovely to work with. Tony and the team at NBK really listen to your ideas and help turn your vision into reality. Every time we visit the showroom we’re made to feel welcome and are always offered refreshments - it’s those little touches that really make them stand out. They also take the time to understand your budget and work hard to find solutions that fit within it without compromising on the overall design. The whole experience has been enjoyable and stress-free, and we would highly recommend NBK to anyone looking for a kitchen and bathroom renovation!!!! :)

It took 2/3 weeks to install a NBK bathroom. John’s work is 5 stars. So professional very good communicator in explaining what is being built and how to use it. He has lots of good ideas and works very hard. John is a complete bathroom installer. He is a top builder and planner. He the best tiler, has top precision measuring, construction and attention to detail (inside and outside the home) skills. John should be awarded a PhD in maths too. Can recommend. Outstanding Service From the moment we walked into NBK, the service was incredible. James really listened to what we wanted and was more than happy to keep making adjustments until we achieved the perfect bathroom. Our fitter, Lee Howard, was outstanding. As we only have one bathroom, we moved out and stayed locally during the work. Lee kept our home tidy at all times and handled a few unexpected issues that arose with complete professionalism. His workmanship was of the highest standard throughout. We would 100% recommend NBK to anyone looking for a quality bathroom and excellent service.

We had a fantastic experience with NBK and love our new bathroom. The 2 meetings with James before the installation meant we were were clear with the process and pricing. We weren't rushed and appreciated the extra research the team did for us with sourcing items, thanks Megan!. I'm sure the other fitters are good as well but we were very happy with Lee our fitter, he turned up each day at time stated, worked so hard to keep on schedule and kept us updated at the end of every day. Lee also cleaned up throughly and was great to have around. The initial phone call with Stuart, when I rang to make enquiries, was not pushy and gave me confidence to make an appointment to learn more. Overall the communication, process and outcome has been excellent. The company are small enough to care about the customers and have a great team whilst carrying out high end finishes on their work.

NBK completed a full bathroom renovation for me, including adding a pocket door, large walk in shower and hot water system upgrade. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and could not be happier with the final room. No pressure at all throughout, they listened to all of my requests and completed my bathroom renovation to a very high standard. The fitter, Damien, was excellent. Regularly gave me updates and checked to make sure the room was finished just as I'd imagined and very tidy throughout. His attention to detail was fantastic, right down to planning how the tiles would line up in relation to the window and that the herringbone floor lined up with the door. I would 100% recommended NBK.
