Neptune Outlet

Excellent showrooms. Bargain's to be had in the warehouse. Cafe shut on Saturday.

We where surprised when we entered the outlet, as we thought we had entered the showroom,not the outlet beautifully presented,I was really pleased with my purchases which included Isla sofa,larder cupboard and bed as well as other bits and bobs. I think it's unfair representation of comments I've read about prices as you would expect you are not going to get bargain basement prices for good quality products.hiwever I was really happy with savings I made on several purchases. Staff was happy to help me with choices Karen was more than happy to check prices for me. Thanks Karen Tittley

We purchased a dining table at the warehouse sale last week. It was disappointing that delivery had to be self organised, especially when buying from such an expensive and well established company. So, we booked an any van, which proceeded to mess us around a bit and wasn’t due to arrive to collect at Neptune until 6-9pm (despite being booked for 9am-4pm. Anyway - I called the outlet in a panic and Jenny was so kind and accommodating. She arranged for our table to be transferred up from the warehouse to her side of the store and very kindly stayed late to meet our any van for collection. Jenny supported us with a fault which was completely separate to Neptune and we are extremely grateful. We adore our new Neptune dining table too ☺️

We arrived, to an almost empty car park at 2pm ish... Which made us think that maybe the outlet was closed.... Through the doors on the side and entered into a well presented showroom. As an outlet you'd expect some discount here, as there was, but the prices were still way, way to high for 90%of the products available... Then once through the showroom it leads you to a warehouse entrance where the items on offer were absolute tat. There were a few items of quality, but those were priced by the same person who did the pricing in the showroom.. Way over what you'd expect at an outlet shop.. So but I wasn't impressed at all.. Although my partner bought some fake flowers which was presented to her in a lined hessian bag for free. If you're going, good luck... You'll need it to find a bargain here... 4/10.

Visited the Neptune outlet today and the store looked fantastic. Lovely displays and lots of exciting stock. However the most impressive element was the staff. Jodie and Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful. So bubbly and chatty. Thank you so much. Worth the long drive and highly recommend a visit.
