Craig at Neu is fantastic and clearly knows his stuff... a cut above the rest! The quality of the design and kitchen is worth every penny. We shopped around before committing and wish we hadn't wasted the time and effort. The other designers gave little thought to the details that make the difference between a new kitchen being 'nice' and being a place you want to spend all of your time. Craig listened to what we wanted, guided us, was patient, professional and responsive right up to completion of our project. So glad we increased our budget to get the design and quality right, now our kitchen is built to last and the heart of our home. Thanks Craig, we are absolutely made up with the end result!

We initially visited Craig at NEU Kitchens following a strong recommendation from our neighbours and our builder. This was a last-minute decision as we had pretty much decided to go with another company. What a good decision this turned out to be! Craig helped us design our perfect kitchen and the finished product is excellent. We could not be happier. The build quality of the kitchen is superb with wonderful detailed finishes that make a big difference to the final product. From start to finish we have been impressed. Craig is exceptionally professional and experienced, knows his products inside out and has a good sense of design and functionality. He was able to suggest ideas and improvements we had not thought of and was accepting of aspects important to us. Craig provides a masterclass in kitchen design and provision. We appreciated his very responsive and committed approach. The kitchen arrived on time and Sean, our fitter, was also extremely professional in every aspect. Thank you Craig and the whole team. When we sought advice about improving our kitchen at the Neu Kitchens office in Bishops Cleeve, Craig Lacey, the designer was extremely effusive about the excellent service provided by the company. Our experience has subsequently shown he was not exaggerating. We mainly wanted more storage space and he provided it. We’re still not sure where he found it. He also made many other suggestions we’d otherwise never have considered. From design, through complete gutting of our old kitchen, to completion, Craig supervised the project, continually monitoring progress and rapidly resolving a couple of minor problems toward the end of the job. We cannot speak too highly of his devotion to detail, and, indeed, that of everyone else involved. We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the kitchen furniture and fittings, and with the quality of the work. We heartily recommend this company to anyone contemplating purchasing a new kitchen.

We recently instructed Craig at Neu Kitchens to produce a design for a new kitchen in our Victorian home. From the outset, his attention to the brief and interpretation of our wishes was outstanding. He is a very talented designer and produced a design which reflected the character of the property but also incorporated a stylish modern sleek kitchen with all the mod cons and more! Craig and his team offered us a full turnkey service from design to installation with all associated building works as required. The quote was competitive for the quality of kitchen and all members of the team were very knowledgeable in their relevant fields. Due to a change in personal circumstances, we have been unable to go forward with this project but should our situation change, we will be instructing Craig and his team to carry out the install without hesitation.
