Shaun, Helen and the team recently designed a beautiful kitchen and utility for us. This was a big project and Shaun clearly put much effort into carefully designing these spaces. Helen and the team were incredibly responsive to our questions and were incredibly polite and professional throughout. We would not go anywhere else and we will continue to recommend this company. Been very pleased! After 8yrs we had hinge problem it was replaced no problem. Same with a door. Cannot fault the Service, quality of the design,kitchen units, and aftercare. Helen has been excellent a great company to deal with.

This is our second kitchen from New Design, over twenty years between the two of them. Helen, Shaun and Sam are so helpful and have all the time to talk through the options. They even gave us demonstrations to help us choose. It doesn't just end in providing a quote and arranging kitchen delivery, they are are also able to provide help with getting your kitchen fitted. We are absolutely delighted with the final transformation and owe a great big thanks to all at New Design and to Paul and Jack for fitting it - well done all.
