From start to finish the kitchen installation went without any issues. The various trades were coordinated as each phase of the project progressed to a very high standard of completion. A special mention to the kitchen fitter Chris. His attention to detail was second to none. I would highly recommend New England Kitchen & Bedroom Ltd without hesitation.

Dealing with Peter and the team at New England is a total pleasure from start to finish. They built my first kitchen in this house 20 years ago and it had lasted superbly well until a flood caused damage a year ago. Pete hears your ideas, translates them into a design, sharing options and ideas culminating in a personalised consultation at his incredible showroom to hone the details. He shares really helpful CAD designs to bring it to life and is happy to tweak the design to match budget, changing requirements, etc. On the design is agreed, he’s clear on fitting dates and keeps in touch. Once the tradesmen arrive they’re faultless: they protect every surface, attention to detail is incredible and they’re very tidy (and polite/friendly). They also do a full days work each day. Chris the kitchen fitter in particular does a faultless job and is incredibly skilled and neat - amazing quality of work. A pleasure to have in the house for two weeks while I worked upstairs. I also loved the teams flexibility - I changed a socket choice on the hoof, we needed some extra plaster/woodwork doing and we had a skip in and out on the last day which was a late change: Pete’s always clear on the impact of changes and nothing is too much trouble Absolutely no hesitation in recommending New England - brilliant experience. We used New England as some friends had recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by them and we really liked it and our friends highly recommended them. We are absolutely delighted that we did. Right from the first visit, New England were so professional. They listened to what our requirements were but also added their own design ideas and input which were gratefully received. Once the design was agreed, the build process started and went extremely smoothly from start to finish. Their fitters and contractors were all excellent and paid every attention to detail and were extremely well project managed by Martyn and Peter throughout the process ensuring that it was finished exactly on time.
