New Forest Kitchens

We popped into the New Forest Kitchen showroom and met Dominique. We were very impressed with her customer service, knowledge and keenness to help us. Dominique was quick and very happy to keep redesigning the initial kitchen layout plans until we were 100% happy. Whenever we changed our minds on a product, she was happy to help. All went well with the installation and we were kept in the loop the whole way through the project. We are very happy with our lovely kitchen.

New Forest Kitchens run by Dominique : can’t praise enough Dominique’s design and understanding of individual client tailored requirements … sorted out the most complex design to get most from a blank canvas area and ensured a faultless quality delivery … extremely satisfied Mark P

Dom & Dominique fitted our kitchen 5 years ago. We are as pleased and happy now,as we were when it was completed in 2021. Both Dom and Dominique were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their attention to detail is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and if an unforeseen issue arises they will do everything within their power to solve it as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, helpfulness, understanding of our needs and their aftersales service far exceeded our expectations. They were brilliant and still are even after 5 years, which is very unusual these days. They are always at the end of a phone or in person at the shop. We have no hesitation in giving them such a positive review. It is very well earned.

I recently had the pleasure of working with New Forest Kitchens for a complete kitchen renovation, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Dominique provided exceptional service. I had aimed to expand my kitchen, and she expertly guided me through the design process, skillfully matching the new units with the existing ones to maximize the use of previously underutilized space. The result is a kitchen that feels remarkably spacious and truly exceeds my expectations. Dominique was proactive in ensuring that the renovation ran smoothly and that I was satisfied with every aspect. In instances where damaged items were received from the supplier, she promptly addressed the issue, ensuring that replacements were delivered swiftly. I wholeheartedly recommend New Forest Kitchens for anyone seeking a high-quality kitchen transformation.

We've had our new kitchen for 10 months now and it's worked to be everything we wished for. Dominic and Dominique were very good, they listened carefully to what we wanted and were meticulous in their planning, carefully measuring up with attention to detail and didn't hesitate to drop by if there were any changes during building works. Two very satisfied customers here. Chris and Sue
