Extremely helpful and pleasant service today at Nisbets Bath. It's a huge shop with an extensive range of quality, well-priced kitchenware and other goods. It's not only for caterers ... did you know members of the public can buy too (instore and online)?

Ordered a table Oxford Vintage wood. Outstanding quality considering the price but be handy with a drill lol because you will need to finish the assembly. Not a fully pre-drilled flatpack ! but then pay at least double from somewhere else for a fully assembled example ! recommended !

Staff go out of their way to help and advise, particularly Sara who answered all my questions without hesitation. excellent customer service all round. Great selection of kitchen knives, I will certainly return to purchase a bread knife when I have decided which one to have.

Excellent service today (well, yesterday now) when a group of us descended upon the store looking to browse. We were offered assistance shortly upon entering the store but not immediately (nothing worse than being approached the second you walk in somewhere) and informed that any info we needed the staff were more than happy to help. After a while browsing the treasure trove of pots, pans and other equipment we came to the knives. The lady who was dealing with us at this point was a delight who was very knowledgeable and didn't try pushing any products on us. After having a look I felt much better equipped to .ale a purchase once I get paid which I will definitely be doing in store rather than online now. Overall a hugely positive experience
