Beautifully made kitchen, fantastic service , hassle free beginning to end. Long overdue, this... If any of you is hesitating over who to entrust with a new kitchen, then Nolte - Mike Richards - is your outfit. It's essential the kitchen itself is impeccable, but the painstaking service on top has been above and beyond what you expect, and the kitchen, and the experience of acquiring it through Nolte / Mike, restores one's faith. And they don't just put it in and go - we've had every last query since delivery dealt with in a friendly and attentive manner.

I'm fortunate enough to be building a large house in Dorset and I had approached many kitchen showrooms and designers prior to meeting Mike from Nolte. Mike's ideas and flair was obvious from the outset, and the Nolte handless system was way ahead of all others I'd seen, Mike also knew what would give the wow factor whilst maintaining my tight budget. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer as I insist on perfection, and did change my mind multiple times during the ordering process. The couple of snags I had were sorted and Tony the fitter was truly first class. I have no problem recommending the Exeter team.

From the first meeting with Shannon we felt we were dealing with an experienced professional business with high standards where everyone in the process took care to understand what we wanted to achieve - and who took pleasure in providing it with skill and attention to detail. Mike, in charge of removing our old kitchen and transforming the room as Shannon had designed it, had a responsive very friendly team starting with Mark, who spotted minor repairs extra to the project and fixed them for us as he worked. It was clear that Will, plumber and 'Fuzzy', electrician, respected Mike immensely and were prepared to arrive as and when needed to ensure the work proceeded smoothly.
