The kitchen is one of the few bits of my new build that I didn't have any snagging issues for! It's been nearly 4 years since I moved in and everything still looks good as new. The only thing that's had any problems is the well-used soft close hinges on my bin door; and after I emailed Simon Turner out of the blue asking for information on which ones to buy, he very kindly sent me replacements free of charge. I'm very pleased and extremely grateful for the help!

Three Months and still waiting. On Jan 13th we wrote to Oakwood asking for the make, range, and colour of our kitchen in our new built house. On the 18th responded and Simon asked the plot number and builder etc and we provided him with it. WE followed up twice more, and then again, and he responded on Feb 3rd, and said he would email a quote as he had asked what we were planning doing. When we got the quote, due its high price, we said we would do the install ourselves, and can he quote the cupboards, we sent a plan over and after 4 more follow ups he replied on Mar 1st, with an incorrect layout (I had even drawn them up for him), again with no make or range. I asked again for this information, and have 4 more times, the last time practically begging for it. Of course, we still have not heard back.
