Richard, Sam and the team have recently designed, planned and fitted our bathroom and small WC room. From the outset they have been extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. Richard and Sam gave us their expert advice and took on board all our requirements during the design process. In the installation process all of the team were respectful and when a significant issue occurred (one that could not have been foreseen, our previous shower had leaked and caused considerable damage to the flooring), Richard immediately communicated this to us and had it sorted with no fuss whatsoever. We recently had our bathroom and kitchen redesigned and refitted by Oldfield Bathrooms and Kitchens. From the very first meeting to the final completion we received a professional, personal and caring service. Both jobs involved knocking down walls and rebuilding work. Throughout both jobs Richard and Sam were amazing. Their commitment to the job, professionalism and customer care were fantastic. Richard designed both bathroom and kitchen. Richard’s expertise and knowledge in design is outstanding and he knew exactly what would look best using the overall space that he was working with. Every day was planned to an exact timetable. Richard consulted with us every step of the way and told us at the end of the day what would be happening the following day. He ensured that the tradespeople always arrived when planned. The tradespeople were professional at all times and experts in their own fields of work. A very big thank you to Sam who advised on all the appliances, sinks, taps, flooring, lighting and worked so hard communicating with us every step of the way regarding the dates everything was due to arrive. Everything really did run like clockwork. Richard and Sam run such a professional, organised business but the kindness and customer care shown to us was overwhelming. Having had a guest bathroom & a ground floor cloakroom very successfully refurbished by Oldfield Bathrooms & Kitchens we contracted with them to strip out & fully refurbish both our kitchen and adjacent utility room. The results have been nothing less than stunning with the highest quality of workmanship & material. The work was carried out efficiently, quickly and with great attention to detail. At all times we were kept fully informed of the planned activities and timescales. All aspects of the work, which included plastering and electrical (both power & lighting) were completed on time.
