We had a full bathroom refit, a refit of an ensuite and a partial upgrade of another bathroom. We are delighted with completed work. From the helpful design stage (thanks Derek) to the installation, we could not fault the professionalism and service we received. The products and materials used are of a high quality as well as being stylish and contemporary. A key feature of Oxford Kitchens and Bathrooms is their eye for detail and the fact they go that extra distance with all the finishing touches. The installation process was not rushed but carefully choreographed by the team. Having had another cheaper bathrooms installed in the past, there is no comparison. Our new bathrooms will last a lot longer than the 5 years our previous cheaper renovations lasted! We highly recommend Oxford Kitchens and Bathrooms. Their showroom is well worth a visit!

Nervous at taking on a complete kitchen renovation after living with the previous kitchen for more than 30 years, I was immediately reassured by Derek's first visit. His very detailed and professional advice helped me through the project - no question too silly! I received excellent customer service throughout the project, both from the showroom team and the on-site fitters, electrician etc. They managed the cramped and quirky nature of an old cottage well and minimized the disruption throughout the installation. My lovely new kitchen is worth all the hard work, though. I am very happy to recommend the team at Oxford Kitchens & Bathrooms with no hesitation.

We shopped around in the greater Oxford area for new counter tops in granite, quartz, or corian, a new hob, and other items. The bid given at Oxford Kitchens was bang in the middle of the quotes we collected. Oxford Kitchens had fitted our kitchen a decade ago, so we decided to go with them again this time as the result of a happy outcome last time. The team director is Richard Hardie who is passionate about standards of professionalism in the lines he sells, and he tolerates nothing less than excellence. Richard’s superlative customer care made the difference each time. Contemporary customer care leaves much to be desired in many industries but Richard’s clients are treated to a level of perfection we had thought long vanished. The whole team provided us with a stellar experience from day one. If customer care matters to you; if you have learned from experience that the cheapest quote may not supply you with the standard you expect; if you want the peace of mind that your kitchen will be installed as perfectly as it can be, then I’d select Oxford Kitchens. Few competitors can rival them, few are cheaper, and few will support you as they do when things go wrong. Other showrooms may be more glitzy, larger, try to impress you with their up-to-the-minute displays lodged in ornate settings, but you will pay for these. At Oxford Kitchens you will find substantial glamour and every bit as large a selection to choose from. If a six-star score were possible we would award it to Richard’s team. George and John

Brilliant! I visited the Oxford Kitchens & Bathrooms showroom with a vague request for a "nice new wetroom". Richard listened, and soon provided me with CAD image and floorplan with his recommendations. A few tweaks were agreed upon. In May the excellent and trustworthy fitters (Gary, Dean) carried out the work. Result - my small wetroom as a five-star hotel feel, and actually feels bigger than before! Would highly recommend.
