We hired PAD London to design our new kitchen as part of a larger gut renovation project. We couldn't be happier with the result! We had a high level design concept already as part of the overall architecture and interior design, but I was stunned with what PAD did with it; they accounted for every missing detail, and guided us towards an end that's better than we imagined. Every recommendation they made was spot on. They took into account the initial design, give us options without overwhelming us, accounted for our budget and helped us select where to spend more and where we could save a little. Every component is of high quality, every drawer and hinge is solid and smooth feeling, and the installation itself is flawless. Beyond the product there was also the service which was also top notch. Libra was always responsive and communicated very clearly. She provided us samples of everything and really ensure every detail was correct; I never worried about something being missed or misunderstood, and can honestly say that PAD was one of the highlights of the project. Highly recommend!

Pad delivered an incredible kitchen that we absolutely love! Our designer, Libra, listened patiently to all our ideas and frustrations with our old kitchen, and then used her expertise to create a design that was not only beautiful but also incredibly functional. She never pressured us into anything and really took the time to understand our needs and budget. The whole process, from design to installation, was incredibly smooth. Pad kept us informed every step of the way, and the installation team was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled, from the coordinators to the fitters. We've used the kitchen for 2 years now and have not encountered any issues. People continue to compliment us on the kitchen. In addition, Pad has an amazing followup service, checking in and ensuring that we are happy with the kitchen, fulfilling additional requests. Overall, I highly recommend Pad!

Really amazing and personal design service. We have rather a weird shaped kitchen and found that companies like Wren just couldn’t accomodate us. PAD rose admirably to the challenge and had lots of great ideas for making the best use of the space. The whole team at PAD, from Libra our designer, to Fanel and Dorin who supervised the installation, were efficient, friendly and helpful all the way through. They really made us feel that it was as important to them that everything was just right, as it was to us.

Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. The PAD team (we dealt with various people including Libra, Victoria and Mandy) were incredible throughout every stage of the process. They really helped put our ideas into reality and gave very creative and practical advice. The work was part of a bigger project and the PAD team were very understanding and adaptable with dealing with various delays (not of their making) and storage at very last minute notice. When it came to the fitting the team did an excellent job and Victoria was great at pivoting when inevitably the main contractor let us down.
