Parker Bathrooms and Kitchens could not have been more helpful! Doria who helped us had amazing design ideas for our bathroom and helped us find all the right products, some of which needed to be pretty specific because its a tiny space. They were super flexible about making changes to the design and also offered a refund for something we didn't end up using without us even having to ask! Overall we are so happy we went to Parker (and Doria in particular) and could not be happier with our new bathroom! Massive recommend :-)

The bathroom design from Parkers was excellent and I’m extremely happy with how it looks in the main, but they’ve let themselves (and me) down badly by failing to resolve or communicate about outstanding issues nearly 3 months later. One of the storage units supplied was incorrect and one had the wrong door. In spite of assurances it would be resolved, I’ve since had zero updates from Parkers. I’ve phoned and emailed countless times but not had any call backs or info on when/if my goods will be delivered. Original lead time for the units was only about 3 weeks so the lack of even a delivery estimate after such a long wait makes me fear the worst. Good design isn’t enough - good customer care is essential also.

The guys who installed the bathroom were excellent workers. Five days to take out the old bathroom and install the new one. Arrived on time worked all day and the quality of the work was superb.

We have just visited Parker Bathrooms to order our third bathroom with them. Each time Jack and his staff have been absolutely brilliant. Jack's knowledge of the products available and his design skills make the whole process simple and straight forward. Each of the projects have required a different budget and Jack is always happy to spend time going through the various options to suit. We have no hesitation in recommending Parker Bathrooms.

Knowledge of product and bathroom design *in-store* were excellent. The bathrooms they designed for us are beautiful, though they did mis-measure the rooms meaning everything's very close together but it's liveable.
Customer service and communication however were non-existent.
We emailed them regarding an issue for 2 weeks without reply. A "slightly water damaged" cabinet, sold at a discount "as-seen" over the phone, which initially was far too big for the wall due to the mis-measurement but then turned out to be completely warped & unusable anyway.
When I eventually visited the shop and asked why they hadn't replied, I was told "Jack's a busy man". We then received a curt copy & paste email reminding us of our Consumer Rights and suggesting we take the matter up with Trading Standards.
We ended up taking them to the small claims court for a refund. They didn't even respond to the claim, defaulted and then refunded us the money through a consultant. 8 weeks of stress.
