We bought our house at the beginning of the year, and the bathroom was in desperate need of a complete makeover — mould everywhere and a layout that just didn’t work. We needed a fresh design, and Evan was fantastic from the start. He talked us through different ideas, helped us explore the showroom, and really understood our style. Before long, he sent over some beautiful designs that felt perfect for our home. As we were keen to get everything sorted quickly, we were lucky to have a brilliant bathroom fitter, Phil, who worked closely with Pitville Bathrooms to make sure everything we chose was in stock and ready to go. The communication throughout was excellent — we were kept updated at every stage, and the team even came over to see the finished result. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom. We’re already looking forward to renovating our kitchen with them next! Vicky

Throughout the design process, Craig was really responsive and took time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and the end design makes such clever use of the space. Simon and Miguel did an amazing job fitting- and Simon’s eye for detail and a couple of design suggestions have left us with a really beautiful kitchen. The team at Pitville (thanks especially to Hannah and Jess) were always on hand to deal with enquiries and kept us up to speed when work was being scheduled. Pittville Bathrooms and Kitchens (PBK) of Cheltenham designed and installed our stunning new bathrooms. We visited their up-to-date showroom with its excellent selection of bathroom fittings. From design through fitting to the finished bathroom, Pittville has been professional, efficient and shown incredible attention to detail. Our bathroom was a challenging project in a very old Cotswold house with no right angles. The design was thoughtful, the product options and recommendations were well aligned to our taste and the fitting (by Phil) was outstanding. We wanted a turn key project and Pittville completely delivered.
