Planahome

I wholly recommend Planahome from first visit from Steve who worked with us to design and plan the renovation of our bedroom, through to the execution of that plan by the installation fitters who were very professional, friendly and ensured that they kept the disruption to the minimum and ensured tidiness all the time. The work carried out included replacement radiator, replacement ensuite door, electrical work with new sockets and then bedroom instalation. What was an absolute plus was the one stop shop for everything required to renovate the room.

I chose Planahome for my new bathroom on the strong recommendation of a friend who described their work as being of a very high professional standard. My friend was right! From start to finish, I couldn't fault them. Steve took careful time to advise and recommend the design and features. The bath he suggested is one I hadn't thought of and is a beautiful standout piece. The bathroom cupboards were made by Planahome and are perfect! Paul and Howard did such a fantastic job on fitting . They were hard-working and amiable. I can't fault their workmanship. There was no papering over the cracks. Problems which surfaced as a legacy of the old bathroom., were properly dealt with. Steve was on hand for site visits to advise. Having a new bathroom fitted is a major undertaking, but Planahome made the whole thing easy. I feel it was money well spent. If you decide on Planahome , it will be the best decision.

From the planning stage with Steve, to the fitting and completion by Paul and Howard, the whole Planahome experience was top class. Both Paul and Howard were professional, respectful and so tidy. Real experts in their profession (Only one area they could improve in .... their singing !! ) If you want your dream bespoke kitchen Planahome is the company to use. You get what you pay for.

We asked Steve to look at our kitchen, at least in part, because twenty years earlier he had sorted my parents kitchen out. Twenty years on, there was not a lot wrong with it still. He looked and put that extra bit of imagination into the planning, sorted out those details which had been niggling at me, came up with options and showed me his train of thought in coming up with a design we all agreed upon. He gave us an estimate of how long before he could start- always a little tricky, as unexpected issues on another job can put everyone's calendar out of alignment- but it was realistic, and he made good on that. He gave us a realistic expected finish date, and even managed to rig things up in our garage, so we could have hot food in February, without resorting to take away! The guys who did the work were a fantastic crew, all knew what they were up to and did their jobs cheerfully and well. The finished kitchen has been wonderful to work in. It is so much easier to do stuff in a kitchen which really functions. At a year and a half later I am still loving my kitchen. Special bonus, Steve is now almost part of the family. From the very start of our kitchen refurbishment project, we have been truly impressed with everything. Timely Communication, personal service, attention to detail, design and outstanding workmanship have turned our previously worn out Kitchen into a masterpiece. We really wanted something which was a full project management of the refurbishment as well as bespoke design to our particular wishes. This is exactly what we got. Steve, the owner, came up with fantastic designs for our kitchen and utility, utilising his many years of experience. We really appreciated and benefited from Steve project managing the refurbishment, liaising with external trades as required i.e. Plasterer and Amtico specialist floor installer. A big shout out is definitely required for our expert fitters, Paul and Howard, whose skills, experience and attention to detail are second to none. They were both extremely courteous, respectful of our Home, and good fun to have around; nothing was too much trouble. It was important for us to support a local business and we are proud to do this. It also came in extremely handy as the workshop was not too far away so any little tweaks or additions were seamlessly accommodated by the team back in the workshop.
