Cristi at The Chester branch of Porcelanosa is a really helpful sales manager. She goes the extra mile by coming to your house if there is a problem and always keeps you up to date on delivery and has an extensive knowledge of the products. She is pleasant and friendly and always tries her best.

My wife and I visited this store to look at tiles for our bathrooms. We’ve recently purchased a new-build property and wanted to see the tiles offered by the builders displayed on a wall, or at least as larger samples. The lady who helped us was brilliant — she gave great advice on which colours complemented each other and which wouldn’t work as well. She was incredibly helpful, and even as it got close to closing time, we never felt rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend shopping here for bathroom or kitchen tiles.

My wife and I went in for the first time and was greeted by a young man who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made a difficult choice and experience much easier. Excellent customer service and store.

Went to Porcelanosa today, and the showroom was beautiful. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and informative, she was patient with us, thank you
