Good service let down by terrible HO pricing issues on the web site to store, ending with HO withdrawing and revising price. Bitter taste.

Excellent choice of tiles and service to match. David at Exeter showroom made a difference by using discretion on pricing of an additional box to match the price we paid for our previous order thankyou.

Professional and very helpful service from David Menhennet. Small order, but he quickly identified what I wanted. Only one Box of 7 tiles required but he kindly gave me another tile which made things a lot easier. Collection at the Exeter showroom was extremely easy and safe. All in all, an excellent service. I would recommend and will use again.

Georgia has been absolutely wonderful in helping me find the perfect tile! She’s been quick to respond to my emails with countless questions and sorted out getting me samples. She’s been great when going into the store in Exeter too. Thanks 😊

Katie in Exeter branch did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations by getting my last minute order in within a day and not Four, result; in for Christmas. Or so I thought, turns out I was 1/2 a tile short! Popped in store to order a tile or box?! They looked out back and David gifted me a spare from the display tiles to save me waiting and having to order a full box for one tile. Beyond the call of duty and the opposite of the now daily, 'computer says no' way of customer service. Great Team at Exeter; such good service and terrific quality tiles. Much appreciated, e)
