POTTS | Kitchens & Bathrooms

Long established company with an excellent range of high quality kitchens on display. The sales person explained the functionality of each one we showed an interest in. Attention to detail and quality was obvious.

Excellent, courteous and responsive service from beginning through design and installation. Kamala was terrific, all trades and suppliers were managed well and were considerate and delivered as promised.

The staff here and really helpful, attentive and friendly. The showroom has a wide variety of kitchen and bathroom display. We didn’t purchase from here as currently we don’t need either at the moment but if we would definitely go back. I like the fact it is a rural location and not in a high street.

We recently had our kitchen extended and a new laundry room installed into what was originally a garage. It was a big project, involving structural work, electrics and plumbing, but the whole process from design, installation and completion went so smoothly, all thanks to Kamala who came up with the design and introduced us to Ian who project managed all the building and installation works. Kamala was very attentive and responsive throughout the design process, and came up with a design that fitted our brief perfectly, with some very clever ideas such as a "secret door" between the kitchen and the laundry room. The end result is fantastic, with a definite WOW factor, yet timeless and of the highest quality so we know that it will last us for the next twenty or thirty years! Thank you Kamala for being patient with me during the design process (I am terrible at making a decision) and for delivering our dream kitchen!

We had our shower room and more recently our kitchen renovated by Potts, I can honestly say the whole process from design to completion was very professional and completed to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, pop in and see Elaine for Bathrooms and Kamala for kitchens, lovely people to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all so much!
