We’ve needed a new kitchen for a while and had visited all the usual big companies. We were recommended Symphony Kitchens and I am so glad we were. Every aspect of the customer care from the first communication with Ben from the Peterborough branch to completion was excellent. Ben was incredibly supportive in helping us achieve our vision without being pushy or trying to convince us to spend more than we had budgeted for. He delivered all quotes and plans on time and made himself very available for any queries we had. Communication was always very prompt and respectful. He also recommended the builder we eventually went with who was an absolute gem. The cost of the kitchen was actually very competitively priced and on a par with the big companies, however, the quality of the kitchen far exceeds that of its usual rivals. The carcasses are sturdy and beautiful. I’m so pleased we went for the floating shelves as they are fabulous, so easy to use and the guarantee that comes with them is very reassuring. All in all given the excellent customer service and high quality of the product we would recommend Symphony Kitchens without hesitation. We are absolutely delighted with the service we have received and the beautiful new kitchen we have, thank you!

We absolutely love our kitchen from PPM/Symphony! I visited Bens showroom to choose a worktop. There was so much choice so Ben kindly gave me some samples to take home to decide and I returned the samples the following day and placed my order. Ben kept me informed as to when the worktops would be with him. Ben arranged the delivery and fitting of the new worktops and I couldn’t be happier. I totally recommend using this company.
