Premier Crafts - Bespoke Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms - Cleadon

Went with Premier Crafts after hearing promising things and seeing the quality of their work via friends and acquaintances. Absolutely great decision. Ours wasn’t the biggest job they’ll have had - just a very modest revamp of an en-suite but it was treated as though it was every bit as important. They’re not the cheapest, but the quality, fitting, finish, professionalism, consumer relations and experience is top notch. Spend the few extra quid and get something you’ll be very happy with.

Our overall experience with Premier Crafts was first class. Jason's help at the design stage was invaluable and the fitting teams were very helpful and delivered an excellent finish. We would definitely recommend Premier Crafts to anyone requiring bespoke furniture installed in their homes.

We would like to thank PremierCrafts for the wonderful transformation of our bedroom, from start to finish, the whole process was seamless. From our first visit to the showroom to the final door being fitted, everyone dealt with was extremely professional, always listening to our ideas and happily adjusting the designs whenever we changed our minds. The quality of the wardrobes is second to none, all fitted with absolute precision by Paul the fitter. Every stage of the project from removing the old wardrobes to the plastering, electrics and finally the installation of the new wardrobes was completed in the timescale given to us. We would also like to give a special thanks to Jason the project manager who oversaw the entire project, he kept everything running smoothly and ensured each stage was completed on time and to a high standard. Thank you again to the whole team at PremierCrafts from Mick and Mandy

We had an excellent experience with Premier Crafts Cleadon/Washington fitting our kitchen. From start to finish, the entire team operated like a well-oiled machine—efficient, organised, and clearly highly skilled at what they do. What really stood out was their communication. We were kept fully updated at every stage of the process and always felt consulted and involved in decisions, which gave us real confidence throughout the project. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. The workmanship itself is outstanding, and the attention to detail shows in every aspect of the finished kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Crafts Cleadon/Washington to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality kitchen fitting service.

Premier Crafts renovated our kitchen. The process was stress free from start to finish. They have went above and beyond to repair any snags we’ve had after our kitchen was finished. A big thanks to Aaron and Richard.
