Irida from PGK provided exceptional support with the design of my kitchen and wardrobes. She created detailed drawings and came up with very creative ideas that were not only beautiful but also highly practical for everyday use. She was extremely accurate and confident in helping me choose the right colours, which turned out perfectly in line with my expectations. Throughout the whole process I felt very well cared for, as she was always helpful, patient and very polite. Irina also presented several ranges of furniture and worktop qualities, as well as different colour options, which made it much easier to choose the best combination for my needs and budget. I wanted a very specific, bespoke kitchen design. I had enquired with so many kitchen companies but every single one told me it couldn’t be done. I had almost given up until I came across PGK, and I’m so glad I did. Irida was my allocated designer and she was exceptional from start to finish. She approached my project with so much passion, care and attention, treating the kitchen as if it were her own and always wanting to create the best possible outcome. She visited my flat several times to make sure every detail was right and was always available to guide me throughout the project, before, during and even after. The kitchen has turned out exactly as I wanted. She truly understands your vision, your personality and how to bring everything together effortlessly. I had the best experience. The whole process was smooth, enjoyable and very personal. I actually am looking forward to have another project just so I can work with her again. Highly recommend.

We recently had a great experience buying a kitchen from PGK with the help of Irida. Irida explained to us all the options we had very clearly and helped design something for the small space we were dealing with. She helped maximise our storage and showed us lots of cool kitchen gadgets. It didn't stop after the sales process like it does with many other companies because she was brilliant alongside Silva and the PGK service team in following up with updates, tracking deliveries and arrivals. They all helped turned a potentially stressful situation into something very easy in the end. I would 100% recommend PGK and especially Irida to anyone looking for a new kitchen. When we started designing our extension some friends recommended we visited PGK and we are so glad we did! The team was very welcoming and knowledgeable - we were made to feel like we could take our time to explore different options, which was not our experience at many of the other kitchen design companies we visited! We were able to make as many changes and explore different design styles right up to the point of placing the order. Throughout the process our designer Paula was more than happy to help and answer questions, making the whole process easy and as stress free as possible! The team communicated at every stage and were always more than happy to help with any queries we had - we also benefitted from some great deals on appliances but we never felt pressured into making decisions or ordering with them - they just made it easy! We are so happy with the quality of the kitchen and the final design we would highly recommend PGK to anyone looking for a new kitchen as they have a wide variety of styles to suit every budget!
