Absolutely fantastic service from Prestige Kitchens! They recently fixed the door on the front of my integrated washing machine and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They were prompt, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The door is now perfectly aligned and working like new – you’d never know there had been an issue. It’s such a relief to have it sorted so quickly and to such a high standard. When I needed a new breakfast bar to match my current kitchen, I contacted Prestige Kitchens from an advert in my local magazine. Adam, the owner, came to look at my kitchen the next day and within a few days , the design and the order for the units were in place. The breakfast bar looks amazing and has blended perfectly with the original kitchen. I'm delighted with it! We have just had a new kitchen installed by Prestige Kitchens, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Adam, the owner, was very easy to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. A special mention goes to Mark, the installer who did the bulk of the work. His precision and attention to detail were outstanding; he is almost as OCD as I am, which is exactly what you want when someone is fitting your kitchen. The electricians were also fantastic and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. He carried out a home visit to assess the work required, guided us through ordering the correct parts, and had the installation scheduled within just a few days. In the meantime, he went above and beyond by providing a temporary appliance, ensuring we could continue cooking while awaiting delivery of the new parts. I had been planning my kitchen for some time. I went to 2 other major kitchen design and fitting companies primarily, but then I was recommended Prestige, and I'm so glad I swapped to using them. Adam was excellent, with his can-do attitude and adaption of my original ideas to further refine them. He was onhand throughout, even when he was on holiday when I needed to contact him for positioning of the lights for my electrician. Nothing has been too much trouble. Adam uses proper carpenters, not just kitchen fitters who are assembling ready made units, Josh made many bespoke adjustments throughout to ensure the kitchen looks fantastic. As a customer I have felt cared for, with a truly end to end process. Thank you!
