Prestons Kitchens Huddersfield

We recently had some renovation work done and needed a new kitchen. After looking at a few of the well known kitchen retailers and not being overly impressed, we called in at Preston’s Huddersfield on the off chance. I can not stress enough how glad we are. At the initial look around, Katy was brilliant and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. The customer service has been wonderful from start to finish. Mark provided us with a brilliant design that is so unique and much better than anything else I’d ever seen. The technology they used to render the kitchen design was great and they could even make better building suggestions than our architect. I wish we’d gone to Preston’s initially before consulting with an architect. As I can be quite particular, I made lots of follow up design appointments and no one made me feel annoying or neurotic (even though I was!) when I wanted to try out different tap colours or handle designs. This was the biggest purchase after our home, that we will probably ever make and I felt that Preston’s really respected that and took the time and care to get it right. The kitchen itself is fabulous. The design really works for us and it looks stunning. The quality is also a million times better than anything I’ve seen in other retailers. The price was therefore incredibly reasonable for both the product and the customer service. The fitting process was smooth and Charlie at the after care team was great at resolving any minor issues we had. Nothing was too much trouble. I would use Preston’s again in a heartbeat and can not recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team for helping us to create a wonderful family space that is both beautiful and functional. We will love this space for years to come.

We visited Preston kitchen design the other day, very impressive on their approach to service, design, their explination of each different styles of kitchens and materials used. We were Iimpressed on their quality of products. Well, it's worth a visit. All been well, we shall be placing an order with them shortly.

I would highly recommend Prestons to anybody who is doing their kitchen - the team provided excellent customer service from start to finish and brought our vision to life. They encouraged us to explore all the options in terms of design and ensured that we did not settle, but that we ended up designing a high quality kitchen which we love. Staff provided expert advice and were informative about the best appliances and features for our kitchen. They listened to our needs and informed us of what would be most suitable - we ended up getting all of our appliances with them, which was incredibly convenient. The team were friendly and extremely helpful which made designing our kitchen a much easier process and they displayed effective communication with fast replies to any queries which we had. We were shown all aspects of our kitchen as they were displayed in the showroom which had a wide variety of appliances and features in the showroom. We were also provided with a brilliant and very accurate view of the design from their virtual design which displayed every detail for us. We were provided with an accurate timespan for when the kitchen would arrive and the kitchen was completed the kitchen in the quoted timeframe. Once the kitchen had arrived, it was fitted very fast without delay and with the fitter staying late so he could finish the job for us - I was amazed at how fast the kitchen had been fitted. The service is very speedy without any delays which was very much appreciated. Overall, Prestons kitchens provided a high quality service which cannot be matched by other larger businesses.

German Kitchens for Less By Prestons… Really?? If you are in the market for a new kitchen, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Prestons, from start to finish it was a pleasure. All the team at Prestons were amazingly helpful and listened to all my needs and designed and delivered an amazing kitchen for me. I can confirm that the kitchen quality is definitely not less however the cost most certainly was less. I know as I had 8 other quotes to compare this against!!!
