Great store, very well organised and tidy. Wendy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide on our new knives and explaining how to look after them properly.

Popped into the Truro Store on Saturday afternoon. Brought some very cheap place mats. We asked a question to a member of staff who turned out to be the manageress (Jo). Jo couldn't have been more helpful, She went above and beyond in helping us and was so friendly. The other members of staff were also friendly and helpful. Great shop with Excellent Staff. (F1- Couple).

Honestly I cannot fault the excellent service provided at the new Pro Cook Plymouth store in Drake Circus. We bought some excellent Eco cookware and will be back shortly.

Nice s store in Truro city center, near the Cathedral. Lots of cookware and crockery etc. Friendly staff who are always happy to offer guidance and help to ensure you make the right purchase.

Fabulous welcome from the staff, they even greeted our dog with a treat 🥰 Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the member of staff originally from Birmingham that served us but she recommended dropping in to the buttermarket in Redruth for food (we're visiting) - we did on her recommendation and absolutely loved it! Thanks for your above and beyond service ❤️
