Project One

I wish there were 10 stars to give instead of five! Dorian and his team joined us at the very early stage of purchasing a renovation project in Llandaff. It was an interesting house with lots of work and quirks that needed an experienced eye and professional advice. They helped us pick apart the survey, found us specialists to dig even deeper where needed and honestly had the absolute best level of communication I think I’ve ever experienced with a company within the construction industry. Sadly the project didn’t go ahead but for all the right reasons. We felt we fully knew all elements of the house, what it was and what it could be, mainly because of the advice given by Project One. We hope to come across another renovation project soon and Dorian will be our first call! Honestly from just working with the team on this initial stage, how easy they made it, it’s a no brainier. They have the ability to call up a wide range of experts and get help and access much quicker than anything I could arrange - which was obviously testament to the fact they have cultivated such great relationships throughout the industry over many years.

I've followed Project One's work for years, and their eye for detail and ability to transform living spaces is so innovative. The design team consistently create aesthetically stunning living spaces whilst improving the way people experience their environments. While I haven’t been a direct client, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and passion they bring to every project. Inspiring stuff.

We worked with Project One in 2023 to renovate our kitchen diner space. We found Dorian and the whole team at Project One extremely professional. All work was completed to a very high standard, and any (inevitable) bump in the road managed effectively. Many experts contributed over the months, all were friendly, on time and helped us to understand the process. The finished result is elegant and functional, huge thanks to the whole team! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if I had the funds :)

We've had a decade of experience with Project One and really appreciate their inventive problem-solving, their perfectionist attention to detail and their managing to deliver very good work pretty well on time and on budget. Project One's first job for us in 2014 - a bathroom redesign - went so well that we brought them in again 3 years later for an extension. And that went so well that we didn't hesitate to ask them when the time came to add an additional storey and re-arrange the ground floor layout just this last year. A massively disruptive but massively worthwhile project. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such an outstanding contractor.

Project one. What a fab company with fabulously skilled people. We were in dire straits after another construction company left us in a bad bad way. Project one saved our lives quite literally. We had 4 leaking bathrooms and a kitchen that was unusable. All sorted with project one within a year. We now have a staggeringly beautiful home with level of detailing and design that is off the scale. A bonus was my reconfigured bedroom which would win any design award. Simply beautiful. We are now about 6 years on and our whole house is as fresh and unique as it was when they complete it. They are amazing - you couldn’t get better!!!!
