Project One

Project One undertook a huge project for us, converting our dorma bungalow into a full, two-storey with side extension. They managed the project exceptionally well within timescales, adapting to delays outside their control and keeping us informed throughout. We set a budget at the beginning and largely kept to that. With a project of this size there are multiple price points that with hindsight would be impossible to fully capture at the beginning of the process. This did make it difficult throughout as there was always a sense of ‘should we be getting better quality’ and whilst we both juggled full time jobs we realised we would never have been able to do this without the project management they offered. We ended up with the space we wanted and where Project One were commissioned on design and installation for bathrooms we were really happy with the result.

I wish there were 10 stars to give instead of five! Dorian and his team joined us at the very early stage of purchasing a renovation project in Llandaff. It was an interesting house with lots of work and quirks that needed an experienced eye and professional advice. They helped us pick apart the survey, found us specialists to dig even deeper where needed and honestly had the absolute best level of communication I think I’ve ever experienced with a company within the construction industry. Sadly the project didn’t go ahead but for all the right reasons. We felt we fully knew all elements of the house, what it was and what it could be, mainly because of the advice given by Project One. We hope to come across another renovation project soon and Dorian will be our first call! Honestly from just working with the team on this initial stage, how easy they made it, it’s a no brainier. They have the ability to call up a wide range of experts and get help and access much quicker than anything I could arrange - which was obviously testament to the fact they have cultivated such great relationships throughout the industry over many years.

I've followed Project One's work for years, and their eye for detail and ability to transform living spaces is so innovative. The design team consistently create aesthetically stunning living spaces whilst improving the way people experience their environments. While I haven’t been a direct client, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and passion they bring to every project. Inspiring stuff.

The team at Project One have been amazing through the first stages of our design process. They are incredibly professional and easy to work with. Making the planning and design stage seamless and really exciting. Their creative concepts and knowledge is just second to none. I highly recommend them and really looking forward to the rest of the project.

Working with the team at Project One was fantastic. They were passionate about giving us the best living space and extension and having the guys in the house was a pleasure. They took the stress out of the build and helped in terms of style, paint etc which was a game changer for us as we procrastinate!! Would highly recommend these wonderful people, Emma
