Great showroom, great welcome but let down by a bad supplier & awful customer service. I stupidly handed over £41k to 1909 3 months ago. Kitchen was scheduled to arrive 5th December 2025. It did but a few hours later discover only half of it & some parts damaged & half the doors & panels have been sprayed by a new supplier & don't match! Now awaiting new parts, hopefully all sprayed by same company on 27th Jan. Have had to extend temporary accommodation. Request for compensation met with a blank "sorry sir we don't offer compensation". Update: Rest of units did arrive on 27th Jan but two dovetail joints on two drawers splitting. Replacement units sent express delivery but wrong size! Now being told that the glass for the wall cupboards is coming from Italy & will not arrive until sometime in March, 8 months after ordered. Further updates to follow.

Very well organised showroom

Exceptional kitchen showroom and service Robina, the showroom manager always greets me with a smile. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently goes out of her way to support both me and my customers. The showroom itself is outstanding. The range on offer includes 1909, Life and PWS, so there is something to suit every style and budget. Upstairs, you can browse a wide selection of door fronts, handles, and worktops, making it easy to create a mood board tailored to your project. Robina and her team are fantastic and I highly recommend the showroom

Staff is seen shouting at people and not behaving in a humanly manner. They have bad customer service and do not not how to speak to anyone. Not sure how their staff can behave in such a way especially when they communicate with customers and clients. Atrocious and shameful behaviour.

Bought kitchen units and within a year and a half one of the doors had cracks. I complained and was told it is caused by water damage. Surely you would expect water in the kitchen. Looks good but very poor quality and very poor customer service.
