Regal Kitchens really live up to their motto, ‘Where client is king.’ From start to finish, we have been so impressed by the service provided, with absolutely nothing being too much trouble. Our designer Stacey went above and beyond and truly blew us away with her dedication to providing the kitchen of our dreams. Her communication, friendly approach and in-depth knowledge of how to design the perfect kitchen made her a joy to work with and we honestly couldn’t recommend her and Regal Kitchens more. Previously, we had visited several well-known suppliers and the difference between the service they provided and that of Regal was night and day. Absolutely everyone we encountered with Regal was first class. Dan the kitchen fitter did an amazing job and again did everything in his power to make the process as stress-free as possible for us. I am so impressed with Regal and would whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you to everyone at Regal, you really are the best.

From start to finish the team at Regal Kitchens were impeccable. We had limited ideas of what we wanted and left it in the very experienced and capable hands of John Martin to create our dream kitchen. We were not disappointed with his design and were keen to proceed. With the guidance of his associate Stacey Doherty we arrived at the ideal colour combination that suited us perfectly. The only hiccup was ourselves as we had to wait longer than expected for finances to be available, which took a few extra months. This was no problem to Regal and they didn’t pressure us at all, leaving us to sort the issues. The team of fitters were great and really easy to get along with. The standard of their work was very high and they were very precise with attention to detail. We had Roger, Dan and Will fit our kitchen and couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!! The whole process was very easy and we were guided through the whole job with updates whenever requested. My only criticism is that we paid the majority of money up front, before any work had commenced. Really, the issue was my own as it’s very hard to trust any company nowadays, especially with a large amount of money. The job was completed within 6 weeks and included indoor structural differences too. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone who is looking for that particular Kitchen that’s just that little bit extra special. I have used their professional photos of our new kitchen, as they are far better than what I could ever take.

We found these guys and couldn't be happier. From the lady at the first meeting on the Sunday morning I felt reassured. We then worked with John and Stacey who planned the perfect kitchen for us. We were delighted with their suggestions. It is beyond our wildest dreams. The fitters Peter and Andy and then Phil were friendly, reliable and efficient. We were always in the loop. I do feel strongly that you would save yourself a lot of time and hassle and use these people if you value quality and a stress free experience ✨️

John and Stacey, our designers, were fantastic to work with. They took the time to understand our needs, offered creative and practical solutions, and guided us through every detail with genuine care and expertise. Their design knowledge and attention to detail helped bring our vision to life, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation department was also excellent — professional, tidy, and skilled at what they do. Everything was completed to a high standard, on time, and with great communication. What stood out was the customer service. Every person we dealt with at Regal Kitchens was friendly, helpful, and truly committed to making sure we were satisfied at every stage. Nothing ever felt too much trouble. We’re thrilled with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone looking for quality, service, and a team that genuinely cares about the result.

618 characters left From the moment I walked into the showroom at Regal Kitchen and met Stacey until my post instalment inspection with John and Phil, I had a customer service experience second to none. The planning was efficient and they really listened to what I wanted and any concerns and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. This wasn’t a straight forward replace kitchen, I had walls knocked out, ceilings taken down, to open into a dining and seating area. The work was completed efficiently and tidily to such a high standard by Andy & Rick, taking into account we were trying to live without a kitchen and it was our home. It was all finished in the set timeframe as promised and with courtesy and professionalism by all involved. The quality of all their products is superlative, and they have an abundance of choice in all price ranges, Janice in the office was always on hand to answer any questions, who is just lovely and friendly and efficient. And to cap all this off, is a service that is to be experienced to be believed, Emma came to the house to cook a 3 course meal to show-me all my appliance functions, so that I could be proficient in working everything in the kitchen of my dreams. All I can say is Wow, they are so good at what they do why would you want to go anywhere else I highly recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone - they certainly deserve the crown in their logo.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
